My kids and I go to chick-​fil-​a for the AMAZING service and crispy chicken. Their waffle fries are always the perfect sizes and the chick-​fil-​a sauce is my favorite! Honestly buying chick-​fil-​a is MY pleasure!

I’m not reviewing the food or the service here. If you’re familiar with Chick-​fil-​a you should be aware of their great food and even better service. I mean, they respond to you with, «My pleasure.»
I do have issues with this particular location. They closed for awhile to remodel, and I can’t find a single reason to like the remodeled version. Part of the problem is they are so awesome in service and food quality that so many people come to eat there. It’s ALWAYS crowded around lunch time. Parking is atrocious. If you find one around the outside of the restaurant (as opposed to parking lots further out) it’s often hard to get out because of the drive-​thru line. Our visit for lunch yesterday was particularly crowded, so much so we couldn’t find a seat so for our food to go and went to eat out in our van.
I personally prefer to drive north to Willis. The Chick-​fil-​A there is much less crowded and I actually prefer the customer service there.

Not the same feel as most Chick filas. I admire the Chick fila company and this location is not holding up to the same standards of customer service.

This is a great chick-​fil-​a! Is updated, clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and well seasoned. When you dine in, there is always a server that comes to the table and asks if you need any refills. There is a guy that is constantly cleaning, sweeping, if he sees you carrying your tray to the trash he will offer to take it from you and throw it away. Very polite! I’ve been here several times and my experience is always pleasant!
They just updated the drive through, there are two lanes.

The food is standard chick fil a. I haven’t been inside in awhile, but hopefully the remodel helped a little. The managers don’t walk around like in several others, it would be nice if they did. The employees don’t service the tables as much as at some other locations either. The number of tables was? Is? Kind of smaller for the traffic that flows in. Now there are two drive thru lanes but it seems to be causing confusion as to where the lane is supposed to start. That’s all on the customers though. Read the signs people! The kids love it and it’s close to my house.

Never a bad experience. … «My pleasure!» Every time that we go, it is quite noticeable that they spend a lot of thought behind hiring respectful team members.

My son thinks it’s a treat to go out on a school night and get dinner. He is a picky eater but likes to come here. My wife and I do our best to avoid fast food ourselves when we can but we caved and took him last night. I got the buffalo spicy chicken sandwich and it wasn’t even hot enough to melt the cheese. It was just barely warm enough to eat. I suffered through it because I didn’t want to delay our family dinner but think next time I will just eat at home after my boy gets his nugget fix.

Quick and efficient service! I was pleased to see a Chick-​fil-​A employee taking orders in the drive thru line via iPad to speed up the process of customers getting their food and keeping the line moving rather swiftly.

The line is always wrapped around the building and you’re lucky to find parking. If you do find a parking space, it’s hard to get back out because of the heavy traffic in the drive thru. However, I think the superb customer service is well worth it and they move very quickly (sometimes even walking out in the drive thru to take orders). The food, of course is the best fast food chicken. I haven’t bad anything here that I didn’t like… original sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, salads, wraps, chicken soup, etc. I love their chocolate chip cookies. They are the best fast food cookie around. It would be very remiss of me not to mention the sweet tea and lemonade. I could drink it by the gallons… which they do happen to sale their tea and lemonade by the gallons. Regardless of what you eat or drink, your palate will be pleased. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the congested drive thru situation.

Chick-​Fil-​A is known for its yummy chicken and amazing customer service. This location did not disappoint! We stopped in for a quick bite to eat on the way to Dallas! My family ordered two grilled chicken wraps (my husband said it needed salad dressing — but of course you can choose any of their salad dressings or dipping sauces)! My son had the grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad and I had a side salad with the Apple Cider Vinaigrette dressing, coleslaw and four grilled chicken nuggets. It was all fresh and delicious. Her server was very friendly and helpful, the manager came by and checked on us and two employees rushed over to clean up a mess when we inadvertently dropped a salad bowl while trying to throw it away. They were so understanding! Bathrooms were clean and so was the restaurant. Winner, winner — chicken dinner!

I love chickfila. Not only for their food but for for their Christian philosophy. I am so disappointed that the conroe location did not participate in the benefit for the Stay family. Locations much farther from this tragic incident did participate. It’s shameful that conroe did not.

As always, wonderful company, kind employees, and they always have a full house at lunch!

The parking lot is already a mess and they mess it up more with the people walking along taking orders in the drive thru. They cause large gaps in the front of the line and the back ends up blocking other cars.
I absolutely hate going there because it is entirely too busy and disorganized. The lines for ordering are undefined, people who come get in a line and wait their turn get cut by new cashiers asking to help someone else. When you wait for your food its cluttered. There needs to be a dedicated food pickup area and order line.
I like the food but it isn’t worth the trouble.

This location has the nicest employees. All chick fil-a’s are over the top w/​customer service, but this location is even more customer friendly. We love coming here. The guy that cleans the tables (Hugo)is always smiling. The precious young lady behind the counter– so kind! Seleste — what a precious girl… always a smile. I’ll never go to any other fast food.

I’m not sure what the secret is here to hiring and keeping great employees. I have never had a bad experience at any Chick-​Fil-​A anywhere. the food quality is always great and the staff are always great!!!

I love Chick-​fil-​a and this location serves up great food. My only issue is that it gets very crowded! If you go during rush hours they will have this outdoor order system set-​up for the drive through. When I first saw it I thought it was clever but was worried it was not going to work. They have one person walk over to take the order, another to run your debt card and then you pick up on the other side of the building. Well, I tried it and I was right… it was not effective. They got my order wrong and even after I had them correct it, it still was wrong… Well, I won’t go there during rush hour again.

Great food, fast service, and plenty of locations across town. I get the same thing every time a number 5 — 12 pack, ½ diet lemonade ½ unsweet tea. There have only been a couple occasions when the fries were soggy or the chicken wasn’t crispy enough, but the vast majority of my lunch visits are very satisfying!
One of the best recent upgrades to this chain is finally getting dippable ketchup. It took them long enough, but I am so glad for it.
The management in Chick-​Fil-​A is always top notch. I have yet to visit one that doesn’t run well. They are on top of their customer service even during the most slammed lunch hours. The corporate policies they have implemented through the years really show in the success of each restaurant.
I don’t eat the fake food at Mcdonald’s, BK, or most of the other nasty fast food chains. I guess I just don’t get that sinking feeling that I am being slowly conned out of my health at Chick-​fil-​A, at least not yet anyway.
I agree that the Sunday policy is sort of wacky, but I don’t see it stopping people from patronizing CFA’s doorstep the rest of the week. If it keeps their employees happy that is all that matters. I applaud them for it.

Chick-​Fil-​A, how I always crave you on Sundays when you are closed!
I used to go to this Chick-​Fil-​A religiously. I would go after swimming practice, before school, after school, on week-​ends-​except-​on-​Sundays, on week-​days…
The staff began to know me after several visits, and they knew what I wanted. They even gave me free French fries, nuggets, drinks, and other assortments of Chick-​Fil-​A goodness. One time, I got a free Ice Cream Sundae. That was awesome.
I’ve seen the Costume Cow out-​and-​about in front of the restaurant. My team had some memorable times and a lot of fun hanging out with the Cow trying to advertise for the restaurant to drivers on 105. Great memories.
Good food, fast, friendly service.
