Friendly staff(shout out to Chris who emailed me to let me know they were taking care of some unexpected repairs that I didn’t plan on being taken care of before move in) who will do whatever they can to make you leave the leasing office with a smile! Clean facilities, well manicured landscaping(even the dog park area is simple, but clean everytime I’ve seen it), gates that work, and asphalt that is not littered with holes and cracks. The buildings are not the most updated(lighter wood cabinets, white appliances, laminate counter tops) but as a whole are clean, quiet, super well insulated, and comfortable. They are somewhere I love to come home to. The biggest perk? Having a traffic light for exit/entry to/from 1488. I feel sorry for others who have to risk their car to cross traffic without it! All in all, this is a wonderful place to come home to, and to call home, and I am looking forward to the next 15 months!

Love the manager, Paula! She’s super helpful and always responds to requests in a timely fashion. The location of the complex is great, and I love my apartment. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because I can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone. I can call the office 13 times in 2 hours and never get anyone to pick up. The clubhouse is in the middle of the property so it’s easy to get to if I really need to speak with someone but it’s just a little inconvenient. Other than that, everything is great! If you are looking for somewhere to live in the area, you DEFINITELY want to check out the property!

Let me preface this with my renting history is perfect, I have never had a violation or problem with deposits or renting with people and I’ve been renting for 15 years. I say this because I’m not one of those people who are mad because I didn’t pay my rent or trashed an apartment. The apartment wasn’t all bad, they looked pretty nice and the pool was nice, but I think that’s the extent of the positive. I waited to receive my deposit back before reviewing, but just as I knew they would, they lied and I won’t get it back either way, so now I can finally share my experience of whatever they’re calling the apartments this week. First off, the noise is HORRIBLE. I mean, I can hear the person upstairs cough and talk on the phone. The residents here leave their dogs on the patio 24/7, so all you hear is barking all the time. I’ve sent anonymous suggestions to the office about it, but they couldn’t care less. People would talk really loudly, fight, dribble basketballs, all from the hours of 11PM-4AM, it was impossible to get a full night’s sleep most nights. Maybe the sound isn’t as bad on the third floor as we were on the first, but it was REALLY bad. Also, one night there was a crazy party upstairs and I stepped out on my patio to ask them if they could keep it down(it was 1:30AM on a Wednesday night) and they threw beer and cigarettes at me. I called the cops and they evaded arrest and one of the guys to escape the cops jumped off the balcony onto the carport and ran. You would think they would weed these people out during their application process, but when I mentioned it to management, they didn’t care ATALL, they actually laughed it off and treated me like I was making things up. After my lease ended, we decided to live elsewhere(obviously) and I paid a $ 500 pet deposit upon move in. I called two months later since they(illegally) never gave me notice of where my deposit was and they said that the pet urine in the apartment was so bad, they had to replace the padding, which is a blatant lie. My dog NEVER goes in the house, and never has since she was 3 months old in potty training, she’s now 7. She is crate trained, so never even had a chance to go inside. I knew they would make something up, they were not nice when I lived there. It’s not even about the money, if they need it so bad, they can keep it. It’s about the fact that they lied about it. Also, I lived in tons of other apartments and never had a problem with pet deposits, but I knew from their attitude with everything else that it would be an issue. Also, they lied again when they said that we didn’t provide our apartment number in our forwarding address, and I know for a fact that we did. That was their«excuse» for breaking the law and not providing their notice within 30 days. Two lies in a few minutes, BAD business. I will fight it off of principle alone, but I cannot stress this highly enough, don’t live here. It’s dangerous, loud, and the management is beyond awful and they don’t screen their tenants. And obviously I’m not the only one who’s had problems…
