Game On Sports Bar And Bingo

Never again will I step foot in this place. I am someone involved with the band I was going to see play tonight. At the door they wanted a 25 dollar cover charge because some band I had never heard of was playing there. I just wanted to see the opener band (the band I am involved with). So i had the band talk to the manager and she would not budge. 25 dollars for a cover charge? For someone involved with the band?! Stingy. Greedy, unprofessional people in my opinion. I am a business man and have worked around bands for a while. I have NEVER been asked for a 25 dollar cover charge. downright absurd especially for a honkytonk hole in the wall. Keep in mind, the Cover charge for Dosey Doe is 10 $ and legends play there. I would have spent 25 in alcohol!!. Don’t be Fooled by the high reviews of this place. THEY WORK THERE! Well Mrs Holly O. I hope it was worth it.

Good place to hang out with friends with a good atmosphere. Beer, shots, sports, and live music.
Following pertains to the bar, not the bingo or game room.
Pros:
— Reasonably priced beer and buckets of beer.
— Friendly owners that get to know their patrons.
— Live bands and karaōke.
Cons/​Room for improvement:
— More craft beer on tap. At least support your local breweries like Southern Star, B-​52 Brewing Co., & Cycler’s Brewing.
— Not a place for cocktails. Even the classic cocktails seem to be a stretch for the bar staff. Should be able to ask for a Tom Collins and not have to tell them how to make it. Again a Sports Bar, but a bar nonetheless.

— No food available, but they allow outside food at night. They have bags of chips, but that’s it.
— Need to invite a Food Truck to their place on Friday and Saturday nights. There are places that do this and it brings in more people.
Don’t let the Cons detour you. I’m hoping they grow and incorporate these. They are already set apart from your typical Conroe bar scene (the others play only country are too dark or have an unfriendly scene full of drunks).

If you are looking for a place with live music and a great atmosphere this is the place! Yes it is bingo during the day, but after bingo it turns in to the place to be!!! They always have drink specials! They also have «THE SHOT DROP» at midnight everyone gets a free shot! They have open mic night on Wednesdays that is amazing!
