Buffalo Wild Wings

Bartender was great. Wings were great but…
Ordered Hot wings with carrots/​celery and ranch. One of the carrot sticks had green slime on one end. A bacteria colony. The greenesh had actually been on long enough to penetrate into the carrot tissue. Why not use fresh cut carrots and celery?!? Also while eating (at the bar) watched a waitresses open a kids juice bottle with her mouth in plain view at the server stand before pouring it in a kids cup and serving it. Ive seen better hygiene in a cantina in mexico.

I used to come here frequently, but now it’s from once a week to maybe once every 3 months. Each time I go it gets worse. I was there last week alone as usual, and as I was walking towards the bar there were 3 waiter/​waitress chasing each other around the bar. One of the waitress nearly knocked me over and she looked at me and said, «oops! I’m sorry», then continue to play like little toddlers again. I just shook my head and sat at the bar. I ask Andrew the bartender for one of the drinks from the menu and for fried mushrooms. He was extremely busy at that so it took about 10 min. to get my drink. First off it was stirred, second there was some think syrup on the bottom that was difficult to stir. Once I mix it up, it was extremely sweet and tasted like koolaid without any alcohol. My drink was close to 8 bucks. After 30 min. I got my mushrooms and dipping. It was a mixture of fried bread crumbs and maybe 4 medium size mushroom. My first careful bite of the mushroom, and I mean careful because they are extremely hot, I took a tiny bite and hot oil squirted all over my lip and chin. This was scalding, left me blisters on my lips and I found a blister on my chin. I ran to the bathroom to flush water and remove the the grease from my face to prevent further burning. As I headed back to my seating area, behind me were 5 middle aged drunk men cursing and yelling at the basketball game. You know I get that it’s a sports bar and I like sports bar because, I love my games too. However they were so belligerent, pounding the table, cursing, screaming and a couple of them were staggering, yet the beer kept rolling in to there tables. There was not a one of them that were fit for driving and to top it off there were families with children that heard all their screaming from the family section. Shame on all of you especially management. Does anybody care that these men may have killed a family of 4 on the highway. Over serving alcohol to already drunk people is illegal. Nobody cares at Buffalo wings anymore. My children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters we used to go frequently and now they won’t step foot in your poorly managed business. You’ve lost 17 customers just in my household alone and the boomerang affect has begun to spiral out of control. Normally I just stay quite but, this time you’ve put people’s lives on the line and yet you run around like toddlers, knocking customers over, and a very disrespectful place. That’s all I have to say. One other thing if you’re gonna get drunk have a designated driver or call a damn cab. So selfish.

Best sports bar around, best wings hands down, Twin Peaks and Hooters are in the running. Wide selection of draft beers, diverse menu and at times can be a family atmosphere. SRO on Sunday’s during Cowboys games

This was the 3^rd or 4^th time I’ve been to this location.
Usually it’s ok!
But, based on this last visit, you should go ahead and call in sick to work and buy a case of Pepto Bismal if you plan on going to eat there.
I ordered a «small» order of boneless wings which was supposed to be ~10 wings.
However, I got about 30!!! Sounds good right?
NO!
I got 30 tiny pieces of 90% breading that weighed the same as 10 real pieces.
Pathetic that they would serve that and then on top of that, I got very sick from it.

We are natives from PA… not far from Buffalo, NY, the home of buffalo wings. We go out of our way looking for good wings since moving South. Buffalo Wild Wings is awesome!
And most wings are gluten free! Portions are generous. Wing size big! We love it!

Sitting… sitting… sitting… sitting… (silence).
Yes, waiting for over 30 minutes for my to-​go order and I had to go up and ask what is going on with my order???
Started looking at the order. It was wrong. Wrong size wings. Wrong size buffalo chips. Just all wrong.
Sitting for another 10 minutes… 3 people that ordered before me are GONE!
I asked for a glass of H20 while I wait… still didn’t get it.
Finally got it when I found out the order was wrong.
Place: Empty except a few families and the 4 o’clock drunks at the bar.
Should I be here this long. Nope.
Am I pissed. Yup.
Will I be back. probably. It’s the only wing place in Conroe/​Montgomery area. Sucks, because if there was another place, I’d be there.
Stood up and waited at this point. Another 3 people with To-​Go orders have come and gone… Still waiting.
Time Waiting: 55 minutes.
Finally got to speak with the manager on duty and the other cashier… ABOUT TIME!
Why did it take me getting angry to get to this point? Is there not an alert system for the to-​go cashiers to know when their food is ready? Or maybe a buddy system when their food’s ready to get the customers? I dunno… but it seems that something needs to change.
Megan, cashier that assisted me… a many of thanks for the screw up. I was told you’re new or your first day… Either or, you need some training on a day that is not a busy day (oh wait, it wasn’t busy)… Thanks goodness for Hannah (other, very apologetic cashier) and the Manager on Duty (MOD), whom I did not get her name, because at this point, I was pissed to the point of seeing red. Not only did they fix all the wrongs, they made the experience all right, in the end.
It’s not a normal experience. The usual is I order, 15 – 25 minutes later, I’m out the door. It’s not fair to rate them a 1 for one bad experience. It’s definitely a 2.5, but I’m generous today and rounded up to 3 Stars.
Again, Thank you Hanna and unnamed MOD. You made me good, again.

Come back to visit conroe and had to stop here. I got great service like always!!! John the manager is always fantastic! He came and greeted me as normal, I love feeling so welcome there! Next time I fly in from San Diego I will be back here!

Wow, I’m sorry but this place is awful!
It started out great, we were seated quickly and our waiter was friendly and gave us a great drink recommendation. We received our drinks and ordered an appetizer and our meal. When the appetizer came out we reolized it was not the one we ordered, unable to find our waiter we notified the manager of the mistake who said he’d let our waiter know. A few minutes later another employee delivered our meal. Sometime later our waiter came to check on us, he had not been told about the mix up. When we told him he said «well do you want me to fix it?» By the time our correct appetizer (which was awful) arrived much later we had already eaten our meals. We received our bill and my boyfriend went to get his wallet out of his truck the waiter sat down and preceded to hit on me relentlessly! It was beyond uncomfortable! Never again!

My family and I go here quite frequently and always have great service! We typically sit at the bar. We have had everything from different wing combos to burgers, chicken strips, cheese fries and even the mini corn dogs and we love everything! The manager always tries to stop by each table to make sure everything is going well. My favorite wings are the traditional bone-​in with a mix of medium buffalo and lemon pepper. They are amazing!

Had a burger because last time we were here the wings made us sick. I should know not to go to a place known for wings and order a burger. It tasted and looked like shoe leather.
Our waiter was very nice but I don’t like the food.

My wife, daughter, and I ate here the other night. Our server, Mark, was excellent. The restaurant was very clean and neat and the food was great. Not sure what all the negative comments are about.

If you’ve been to one B Dubs, you’ve been to them all. Good for sports. Beer selection is quite exhaustive. TV’S. Sports. Fishing shows. Golf. Whatever. I even saw a tv showing ice skating. I’m a huge ice skating fan. Anna Cappellini /​Luca Lanotte FTW. Food took a good ass while to come out though. You know how the wings look all shiny on the commercials? False advertisement. Mines did not. They were okay but, I wanted them to be shiny. Have you ever written a Unilocal review while slightly drunk and driving? Everything distracts you. That waitress was not up to par. I’m pretty sure that she was avoiding us purposely. Food was okay, beer was good but the service could’ve been better. Shit was rad when dude did the wing challenge, had a real house party feel to it with everyone crowding around and all. I’m not too sure about this B Dubs Yo.

Buffalo Wild Wings has always been my favorite place to eat. I just moved to Conroe and have eaten at this one a few times. The boneless wings are good, just like any other boneless wings. I have also always enjoyed the Build-​Your-​Own Burger at the BWW where I’m from. I ordered one for take-​out last night from the one in Conroe and it was DISGUSTING. The patty tasted like a $ 1 burger from McDonald’s, dry & bland, the veggies were not fresh at all, & the fries were old. I guess that’s what I get for ordering something other than wings at a wing place haha.

My last visit to this place was so awful that even thinking about it get me sick.
First service always sucks and I mean it. I’m a server too and when I go out to eat I like to be treat the same way I trait my customers and apparently none of their staff members knows the meaning of «good services» they are always rude specially this one old guy name Mark he’s always in a bad mood.
In my last visit I order a beer my server brought it 10 minutes later then it took her 30 more to came back and took our order, when the order finally came out it was all wrong, so she just took it away without even apologise about the incident. Which I think is kind of rude. There’s slot more thing but I don’t event think is worth my time talking about how bad they suck.
Just don’t go that’s my best advice.

Ok. Let me first state that I love nearly EVERY OTHER BWW in the States except for THIS one! Every few months I give them another chance because a friend wants me to go and I am done giving chances.
PROS: From time to time the wings can be decent here, very rarely though. Either they come out cold, with hardly any wing sauce/​flavoring (Being cheap skimping out on ingredients unlike the other BWW out there). If you’re into sports and don’t mind the meathead/​wannabe UFC crowd that is an excuse to go here.
CONS: Bland food (Like I said they have skimped out on ingredients, but RAISED PRICES!). Service is slow and pisspoor. Getting an order/​sides correct is WAY TOO MUCH to ask, lol.
Me and my buddy just bought 2 ice coffees at Starbucks and they wouldn’t let us bring them in even though we always get a water regardless. We were about to spend $ 50 on food but instead chose to leave since the employees were very rude to us about it. Don’t come at me crazy like that, I will put you behinds on blast on Unilocal for the world to see ASAP.
Blonde middle aged manager lady is fake/​rude twice in a row and passed off our table mid meal to another guy without even passing on our food orders to him so we had to wait longer and they still screwed up. She was the one who eyeballed us walking in with the coffees and sent a goon after us acting crazy. So up yours middle aged blonde manager lady.
Franchise owner: FIX THIS PLACE! It used to be great a few years back! I will happily edit my review if you unfuck this place. For now I recommend the OTHER BWW’s down I-​45.

The wings came out cold and hardened. The service was slow… Took 10 minutes of waiting before someone asked for our drink order.
I will not be a repeat customer at this location.

Woah. Why do I always insist on giving any Buffalo Wild Wings my money? Because other than Hooters, which sucks if not just as much but even more, is super far. What I’m saying is my options on beer and wings together is limited.
They recently «revamped the menu.» Now, for 9.99 you get «At least 10 wings» WHAT? At LEAST?!
So other than the new, more expensive menu… The area we were seated in was dirty. Which is nothing new. Chicken bones on the floor along with anything else that was once in someone else’s mouth.
Last but not least, of course our service was slow. As usual it took 45 minutes for everything but our beers. That only took 20.
The only thing they have going for them is that they are the only wing place in this area for at least 20 miles.

Officially boycotting bdubs in Conroe! I will never waste my money there again. My gf’s and I had 3 drinks from 12 – 4 and they told us we had to wait a «little while longer» before having another. Then by this point the crowd from the Earlier games was gone and they refused to change one of the big screens to the broncos giants game! Both big screens had the same game on and they wouldnt switch one to Peyton vs. Eli? just stupid. AND THERE WAS HARDLY ANYONE IN THERE by this point. Prior to that, They had 1 poor girl bartending during the Texans game. WORST SERVICE I’VE HAD IN A LONG TIME. I REFUSE TO GO BACK

I have been here a few times. I have always had good service, the wings were good as you would expect. Fried food is fried food, what can I say.
