It’s been a while since I’d had that great KFC original recipe. It was good! The service was fine. I know KFC has a tough time competing in the Houston market, but exceptional taste is still there.

I have travelled the world and have to say this is one of the most poorly run KFCs I have been too. Sitting in the drive through twenty minutes gave up and went to culvers. That’s where I will go from now on no wait friendly service and well presented

If you like KFC, you will not be disappointed with the food here.
The service is another matter.
The main problem with the service here is that there almost isn’t any — AT ALL!
I came in for some chicken early one evening. They were not busy. There was a car or two in the drive thru lane. I was the only customer at the counter.
I stood there at the counter for more than 5 minutes.
They saw me.
They never even acknowledged my presence.
No «We will be right with you, sir.»
Nothing.
By the time I gave up and walked out without even ordering any food there were three more customers in line waiting to be ignored.
I hope Donald Trump does not build that wall along the Mexican border. If he does, we’ll never get any service anywhere.

I have been to this place 2 time and same bad service im the kind of person that really loves the skin part of the fried chicken but this really grossed me out because first i could see some little feathers and once i pay closer atention i could see the little veins it was honestly disgusting it was a 10 peice the only thing i liked was the Mack and cheese… I will never step at this place ever

Horrible service. Waited 15 minutes only to be told they’re out of chicken — and to wait 25 minutes longer. And this was at 7pm on a Sunday. Management here evidently a joke. I’ll not be back. Can you say hello, Church’s?

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a three piece meal. The pieces were so small I thought they gave me chicken fingers. When I left I was still hungry. Would not go back!

I think the food was amazing the chicken was great the potato wedges were terrific and the mac&cheese was awesome but the staff was very hard to understand and got our Oder wrong the first time but they quickly redeemed them selfs with the amazing food! I highly recommend this outpost!

I have been to this kfc 3 times and i will never go back again. After ordering our dinner (10 piece meal) we waited over an hour for our food. After 30 minutes of waiting, we asked if we could get our money back and leave. The lady said yes and went to get the manager. I took him 30 more minutes to come to the front only to tell us to wait a bit longer. There was 4 other people who had been waiting longer than us. The woman in front of us walked out in tears because of the way she was treated, she had been there easily an hour and a half. Ridiculous.
