PL Nails & Spa

Love this place … They are very kind people that speak perfect English too. I came in and it was hot in there, the lady turned the AC on and offered me a cold drink! There nail art is amazing and don’t forget the hot rock message! I will defiantly be back… Don’t let the grocery store vibe is not in there don’t be fooled!

First and last time going here. I should have walked out when I seen the 3 girls working there had pretty nice clothes on and no smocks. The one who did my pedicure was wearing diamonds on her ears & neck. My nail polish was chipping the next day. Maybe cause I don’t remember she ever put on a top coat on. Never really touched my Calluses or dry feet??? Then the next day I took a good look down & noticed the sides of my toe nails had no nail polish altogether.
They spoke perfect English but had trouble counting the correct change back to me which I pointed out cause I noticed she gave herself an extra $ 5 tip. She returned it cause I counted my change back.
Pros– the rock massage was really good

Jessica is right. this place is horrible. the service is bad, and they RUSH. whatever you do, please do not get your eyelashes done there. Hoa is not legit. I had a nine o’clock appointment with her and the shop did not open until 9:20a.m. This was on a tuesday. Hoa showed up smelling like last night’s vodka; however I decided to go ahead and let her service me since this is my only day off. After she was finished, she showed me my lashes with my eyes closed. She took pictures of them with her cell phone. They looked weird, but I still had to get my mani and pedicure so I decided to see if they would grow on me. They didnt. in fact they looked like 5 strings added on. I told her that she needed to add some lashes on and she wanted to charge me extra. She is a joke and so is this salon. Don’t waste your time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE…

Even though the nail place is sitting in the middle of HEB don’t let it fool you. I have been to several nail salons in and around the general area and none of them even come close to PL. One day in my quest for a decent manicure in the area I decided while I was in HEB to get PL a try… I wasn’t disappointed at all and I have become a regular ever since. My biggest pet peeve is when someone does a manicure and polishes sloppy. All of the manicurists here actually paint your nails And not your cuticles and or skin and rub the paint off! However my favorite is Vicky she is very good.
They have always been super friendly and also give a 20% discount. Once you enter the pedicure room you completely forget that you are in the middle of a grocery store. However I love the convenience that they are in the grocery store and after I’m done I can finish running my errands all in one place!
Convenient location, excellent manicurist, and great prices… It will keep me coming back!

This place is horrible. The guy named Thao did a really bad job and so as the manager, she is such a loud mouth person. It is very dark in the shop i cannot read books anything. I don’t think it is bright enough for the worker, they need to put more lights. I was really disappointed, will never comeback.

I was there with my girls n they have the spa chair for my princess I really like this place also Ann (the manager) was make sure everything ok. Definitely will come back.
