You can’t go in this store and accomplish anything in less than an hour. Several times, they gave me incorrect information. The training must be non-existent for these people. They may like cell phones but they know nothing about service options or optimizing your account. VERYSERVICEUNFRIENDLY. I wouldn’t waste you time with this place.

Been sitting here for 10 minutes after being logged into the system. There are 8 sales reps/technicians on the floor helping 3 total customers. 3 of the reps are taking to one customer about the new truck that he bought. This place has abysmal customer service.

They go above and beyond helped me get a new phone and replace a phone that had problems with no problems. The tech also told me about apps I never knew you could get.

If you’re going in for help don’t trust Steven. I went in to have my Otter Box replaced because the case broke within 5 months of having it. Steven was assigned to me and when I mentioned the case I was looking for he said he sells one with almost every HTC he sells. He looked through cabinets returned saying they didn’t have any and that I should return on Wednesday when they replenish their stock«because they’re running low» in the same breath. I left and was really bothered by what he said and the fact that he wouldn’t even look at me when he spoke to me so I decided to call the store from the parking lot. Kat was a great help and she said they had 1 case like the one I needed, apparently Steven was more concerned with his commission than good trustworthy customer service.
