I do not understand the comments on here so far. I’ve been coming here for a long while and this UPS is great. Allison is very helpful and knowledgable. The store is always clean, no long lines, and it is convenient to get to.

These people assume that you should know everything about how they work. Allison is a smart a** and not customer friendly AT ALL. I will never use this store again.

Beware, this place will over charge you. It doesn’t appear that the girl behind the counter can read or use a tape measure, one of the two. She added 2 inches to my dimensions and tried to over charge me. If my box measures 17 ¼″ it’s understandable to enter 18″, but definitely NOT 19″. This is the second time this happened, I’m done trying.
Luckily there’s another store down the street.
