I never complain about a nail salon before till i went to this one my only reason was because it was a saturday afternoon and i was in a rush and it was empty there, but such bad service. the man that did my pedi didn’t speak to me one time and the women who did my nails she had on scrubs did not do a good job at all, she didn’t take her time, was rough, had glue all over my hands and just got up and left and go sit down on the chair didn’t place me under a dryer or said i was ready to go i just sat there in her chair like a idiot and they don’t use clean tools at all… never again will i go there or waste my time.

When I walked in the salon was empty, there was a lady sleeping in one of the chairs. I attempted to politely say«excuse me» in an effort to wake her but she didn’t move. After a few attempts a scary looking tattooed covered man appeared from the back and angrily woke her. My three year old and i were immediately attended to as we were the only ones there. So here are the issues i had. I chose a clear glitter polish for my three year old. The lady who was previously sleeping felt she could better decide so with attitude she walked over to the nail colors and chose a darker polish. I personally don’t mind the dark colors but i felt her actions were disrespectful to me as the mother. But i excused it. The man was doing my nails, but he was too rough. He soaked one hand and while that one was soaking he began a manicure on my other hand. It hurt! He was cutting my dry cuticles, no moisturizer, nothing. The hand that soaked wasn’t so bad for obvious reasons. I got shellac color and the first time i put my hand in the UV machine one of my fingers felt like it was on fire. I pulled my hand out and see my skin was burnt and the polish melted(after literally two seconds in three). He got mad and told me not to touch the bulb. Ok, maybe i did, i carefully placed just the toys of my nails in, no burning. Next hand, exact same thing happened! Burning! I know this time i didn’t accidentally touch the bulb. I showed him again where my finger was burnt and the shellac was melting on my nail. He got mad again. Fixed it, then i placed my tips in again, scrunched up so i wouldn’t get near the bulbs. His smile emerged as we were done and politely told me go back if i had issues with my nails. I left and never went back! I understand customer service doesn’t mean the same to everyone, but i thought getting your nails done was universally known as something people do to relax and pamper themselves.

First impression, I was scared because it’s a little dirty and people aren’t too friendly… the employees were not dressed nice at all and one of the ladies babies was running around(later on discover there were 3 kids). The pedicure itself, not bad… he didn’t wear gloves, a little rough but did pretty good with cuticle cutting, buffing nails but leg massage was ok. He could have scrubbed more but my feet are ticklish so I didn’t mind. During the pedicure he noticed a bug, that I had been watching just walk around the whole time, and pushed it out the door… I’m rating the place a 3 because the pedicure itself was a 4 and the place was dirty so if give it a 2… needed to be swept, straightened up; overall some deep cleaning.

Came in to get a pedicure and although this place appears to be in a new shopping center the towels were horribly dirty. Service was below standards will not be coming back. Will try another nail place in the future.
