FM Nails

So I previously gave this salon 4 stars and the only gripe was the lackluster customer service. Well I think I jumped the gun on my satisfaction. Although a great job was done initially, after only 5 days all (and I do mean all) of my nails started to lift and one even popped off! Now I am a stay at home mom and manual labor is not in my schedule (unless you count mopping and dusting). I have never had nails lift so bad and pop off in all the 15 or so years I’ve been getting them! Now that was not the major issue… I went back immediately so that they can see what was going on. In most places they will redo or repair them at no cost (in hopes that you will return)… Not the case here! They actually charged me for a full and repair! I asked the person how they were going to repair lifts so bad and she kept saying «I’ll fix!» Well fix she did! She piled massive amounts of acrylic on top and underneath (yes underneath) of my nails. I told her that is not going to work because it’s going to lift again and hinder my nail growth underneath… Since she was the pro I let her have at it but told her if I have any problems I would be back… Low and behold I had to go back 2 days later… But I didn’t let them touch my nails! I just wanted them to see the issue… Inwent to DaVi Nails on 281! Great work!!!

I have been going to FM Nails since I moved here about a year ago. At first their pedi’s were great but then I started feeling rushed when I was paying for the most expensive pedi. I then had them do some acrylics and the first time was great. The second time Andy (think thats his name) did them and they were rushed and not well done. Within a few days they looked like they had bubbles under them and a few days after that they were brittle around the edges and had no shine to them. I could see where the previous growth line was as he did not file the nail nicely. Very disappointing and I’ll be finding a new place.

The creativeness is awesome. Customer service not so much… when I asked for another coat of polish due to the nature nail still showing the employee showed some annoyance. One more coat of polish will not put a company out of business, bad customer service will.

Love coming her the staff is very nice and informative about your nails and skin. I have no complaints. I even recommended my sister because of the thorough job they do with the eyebrow wax! After they wax they pluck to make sure it’s right and looks good! And they Let u know how often to come back to keep ur calloused feet from getting to bad! I will make it a point to come more often for these poor feet of mine!

Loved the Deluxe Spa Pedicure! Gonna go back when it’s time for a new set and see how they do!
