I couldn’t be happier with this company! Small business and veteran owned! The owner, David, has always made sure that I’m completely happy with my service and I’ve always been very happy. I’ve been using this company for about a year and a half now and I couldn’t imagine not having them again. As a busy full-​time working mother and college student, so much of my time was spent cleaning my house — now I get to enjoy evenings and weekends with my family. Thank you!

Would be nice if they called you back, especially since they advertise a 30 minute call back guarantee. I have emailed them about services and left 4 messages and have yet to hear from them. I guess they don’t need my business.

I used Selective Housekeeping for 5 months. I had been happy with them until the last time they cleaned my house. The commode in my hallway bathroom hadn’t been cleaned under the rim for a few weeks and when I called it to David Lane’s attention 4 days after it was discovered he e-​mailed me that I waited two weeks to let him know about the issue and that he was suspending my service. Mind you, he invited me to let him know whenever something wasn’t taken care of but, when I did I’m suspended. Bad, bad, bad way to handle a legitimate complaint. I would advise caution in using this company.
