Chili’s

I wish I could give this place a zero stars. I had the black bean burger with the mandarin salad. I got home and was throwing up all night long. I receive food poison. I called corporate about this and no one called me back. I will never eat here. Be warned either the cooks are not clean, or the food is not clean.

Cajun chicken pasta was good but a little heavy handed on the Cajun seasoning. wasn’t equally distributed on the plate. Otherwise good. The classic nocos were very good lots of flavor and cheese so yummy. The atmosphere, it was nice we were there at 844pm on a Friday night. The tables were dirty with plates looked like waiters gave up on bussing them. Over all I’ll be back. Try it you’ll like it here.

I’m only giving this place one star because I have to. The service here is horrible the servers are rude I will never spend my money in this establishment again.

Compared to the six other similar chains in this strip mall this one has the best service and attention to quality. The service checked on us a little too much, I think every 30 seconds someone different asked us how we were but that’s more a pet peeve then a complaint. The food was well plated and seasoned. A well run, clean, place to eat essentially diner food.

I haven’t been to Chilis in such a long time and I was glad that I decided to come here. We arrived there about 12:45 and hoped to be served quickly and thankfully we were. I got the big mouth sliders medium, which was four little burgers with bacon bits, cheese and sautéed onions. It also came with a little contained of vinegar pickles that added a nice crunch and tangyness to the burger. They were so good and i was actually impressed that they cooked my burger to the correct medium. There was definitely enough to share or take home for later. I got the sweet potato fries on the side and they were really good. one if my friends got the guacamole burger with a turkey patty and she thoroughly enjoyed it. My other friend got the quesadilla salad (not sure what the name is) but she really like it as it came with a sliced quesadilla circling a big salad in the middle that she had to take home. We also had a great waitress who was willing to take all of our extra request and for dessert we got the skillet cookie. I loved it so much and was sad to have to share it. Checking out was also easy and effective because we got to use the new mini computer thing that sits on the table and lets you take care of the check and play games. Would come back soon because of all the new things on the menu that I want to try.

Friendly staff. Happy Hour all day. Reasonable drink prices. Nice bar area to watch sports.

Excellent service. The food was very good. I had the Santa Fe Salad. They remembered to put my dressing on the side. I love that you can pay at the table. Very satisfied.

Terrible! Chicken was undercooked, which has actually never happened to me before. I got 5 fries. So there is the food aspect of it. We had 2 waitresses, im assuming one was new. Well you would think that the trainer would help the trainee, but really they took our order and never came back. We had to wait an hour to get check, then we had to split the check which was our fault but it took half an hour more to get the check back, 15 minutes to get our cards after that. When we were finally getting up to leave we noticed that there were dishes everywhere. No one bothered to even clear some of the clutter when we were finished. NOPE never going back. I always give Chili’s a 2^nd chance. a 3^rd, and a 4^th at this point. They have failed me once again.

I normally don’t eat at chili’s but my experience today may change that. My server was great and the food was good for a chain restaurant. I love the fact that the kids menu have healthier choices rather than fries and fried food.

The food was actually excellent though it took forever to get through dinner. Hence the lower mark. It seems our server had ADHD… not very good wiith remembering to take our order, fill water glasses, bring silverware, get the check for us… hopefully Ryan is just new and will get better or else he is not going to make it long in this business. Thank you to the bartender who noticed our «waiting» so we got out of there in 2 ½ hours!
The 2 for $ 20 meals was a really good deal. Had the corn/​guacamole appetizer and a very flavorful sirloin steak entrée. The accompanying loaded potatoes and green salad were very good. Loved the balsamic citris dressing. My husband had the chicken fingers basket which was a large enough portion he brought some home. The mudslide and margarita cocktails were also very good.

The staff was excellent. I can’t say the same about the food. The chef could use a few cooking tips. The medium steak I ordered looked more like a charred dried out hockey puck without even a hint of pink inside.
