The ice cream is good but the customer service is literally awful. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I ordered a cake online and decided I wanted to change the flavor, so I called the store and spoke to an employee named Sara. Sara told me it would be fine, and I asked her to have her manager call me to confirm. Her manager called me with an attitude and told me they don’t process cakes on Sundays(it doesn’t say that anywhere online or in-store) and I could pick it up Tuesday if I wanted it, if I didn’t then«too bad». This cake is for my daughters 21st birthday which is tomorrow. so I called the store back and Sara told me I could have a «ready made» cake. I said that was fine, and could she please just write my name on it so I could be sure they would have it(it was the last large cake), Sara told me «I don’t have time for that right now». She could’ve written my name on the cake at any point today during her shift but she«didn’t have time»; so I hung up. I called the Lawrenceville location and spoke with the manager Sophia, who was happy to process a customized cake for me to pick up tomorrow afternoon. She was in disbelief over the poor customer service at the Conyers location, she even told me I should contact corporate and I believe I will. Thank you Lawrenceville Coldstone for your outstanding customer service. Conyers, not so much.

I dont know what people are complaining about. I’ve been to coldstones all over the east coast and this one is just like all the others, including the long lines! People tend to crave ice cream on hot days and after dinner so if you go at those times then you should expect a line. It takes time to have it made, most its not there fault. Normally its the Joe Schmo standing in front of you who wants a free sample of every flavor. No matter how many store brands I buy, nothing compares to their butter pecan!

The young lady was super nice. She made sure we were ok when she was helping another customer. I love this location.

Cold stone as a brand I’m ok with. It’s entertaining to watch someone play with your dessert before you indulge yourself. However, the staff at this location seem to think that they’re just buying time until someone shows up and offers them a reality tv show that they can eventually leverage into a clothing line deal. Reality check, you don’t have the work ethic! I stood in line for over a half hour for two reasons. 1) because my girlfriend really wanted banana ice cream. 2) because the staff is comprised of a bunch of slow, sassy, uncaring juveniles. Think twice before coming here friends.

Very disappointed. Online says close at 11pm. Pulled up last night at 10:15 pm and they were closed. Even made a 10 min drive for it. #falseadvertisement

Love cold stone! Always had excellent experience! Love the cookie butter, I would consider working here just to eat ice cream after work! Lol but all in all great location stays filled with customers and ice cream is on point. Free wifi as well! Can’t beat that! Also chilly inside so bring a jacket or eat outside if it’s warm. The staff is beyond great, I’m always greeted with a smile and a hello or welcome to cold stone! I could go on and on! Ben & Jerry’s an cold stone are definitely gunning for the #1 spot!

Been here a few times, there is always a massive line. Good for them… but I don’t have time for that :) Employees are generally young and not really experienced(thus the general slowness that translate into longer-than-needed lines) and the ice-cream it’s generally too rich, sweet and«elaborated» for my taste. My gf loves it tho, so I guess we’ll be back…

I tried Cold Stone Creamery again after 4 years of having it the first time. It was mediocre for the price so I didn’t rush to try it again. So anyways, I thought I should give it another chance but alas it was still mediocre ice cream with sky high prices. To make things worst, the person that was making the ice cream desert didn’t know what was in the concotion and started putting caramel(which I hate) on it. I told her it dosen’t belong on the desert so she did make a new one but I had to ask for the chocalate flakes that she neglected to add to the desert. All in all the ice cream doesn’t taste that great, bad training for the staff and high prices to boot. Well I don’t need a third visit to understand that I should just stick with Baskin Robbins which taste a little better with cheaper prices!
