Today I learned if you buy a defective product online and then attempt to return it to Hobby Lobby in Conyers, you’ll get the Rick Rude Special. A 29.99 wall decoration marked down to 14.99 arrived in two pieces, so naturally I tried to return it. I only received a lengthly argument about when I bought it-granted a few months ago, but Rick did admit there is no actual time limit in their return policy. And then he went on to say he could not return a broken item– funny, because I can’t hang a broken item on my wall. I understand if you are limited by your company policies, but please know them before you argue. And please have some compassion for someone who expected a good product and not only received total crap but also received a total crap attitude. Speaking of compassion, «Always do for other people everything you want them to do for you.» Matthew 7:12 For a company so quick to force religion on others, maybe they should check their own book.

I LOOOOOOOVE this store, it has EVERYTHING and it’s usually«40−50% off» and they run a weekly coupon for 40% off any one item(Michael’s is 50%) The customer service you will receive at THIS location is atrocious! Every time I go in someone is outrageously rude to me… it honestly AMAZES me, especially since the store prides itself on being a «Christian» business! I would trade friendly and helpful customer service(at Michael’s) over the wide selection at Hobby Lobby any day! Decent prices-WORST CUSTOMERSERVICEYOUWILLEVERBESUBJECTEDTO Verdict – Save the headache and go to Michael’s where someone will be smiling, friendly and will ask you if you need help(and actually be genuinely happy to assist you)
