Starbucks

Oy, go inside. There is a line of SUVs twenty-​five deep at the drive through. Get out of your car and go in for faster service.
This is a Starbuck’s, so you know the drill. On my visit the staff were friendly and made the drinks as requested. No snarkiness or self-​indulgent attitude here. Also they seemed to be working very hard and were serving people at a brisk pace.
This Starbuck’s is clean and well-​managed.

This is the closest Starbucks around so the lines can get pretty long. My drink is always great and the staff that I encounter are positive and upbeat. They even invited me back that night for their beer, wine, and small bites.

Great place to study for exams and baristas know how to make your drink the way you want it. The only downside is that it could be a bigger inside.

Not all Starbucks are created equal, and I would know because I’ve been to eight different locations in the past week.
Starbucks of Conyers is one of the nice, new models that offers leather couches and the wine and small bites menu (I still want to try that!). The employees are all overly caffeinated and helpful per usual. The holiday spice flat white is my new favorite drink. Most importantly though, this location is very large and spacious and I felt welcome to stay and work awhile.
Will I ever be back to this Starbucks location or even Conyers? Probably not. However, Starbucks deserves a shoutout for doing corporate coffee right.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It took 10+ minutes for a tall Americano. With all the employees in there, only 1 was making drinks. Everyone else was stocking or organizing the front with a line of over 5 people. I understand if someone is new and training, but it couldn’t be that all of the employees were new. I also dont enjoy watching employees bicker while they make my coffee. Will not he going back.

This is a great location for travelers, but service and quality are way under expectations. As a Gold member many times over, I know the customer experience that Starbucks attempts to create. Unfortunately, my last two visits through Atlanta were well short of that expectation. I always use the pre-​order app, but at this location, I would be better served just ordering onsite. Staff has no idea how to facilitate pre-​order guests, who are generally Gold members. Sadly, this will be my last visit to this location and I will find a local establishment who appreciates me as a customer.

Don’t waste your time. Incompetent employees, poor service.
I’ve avoided Starbucks because I don’t like their coffee but a friend brought me a green tea latte… Loved it. But this Conyers Starbucks is a big dud. Honestly… Cannot EVEN refund my money! What do they do??? They gave me two worthless «The next one’s on us» cards.
I spent at least 15 minutes in the drive thru another 10 at the window while 3 different employees tried to figure out how to refund my money and because they couldn’t figure it out I spent another 10 minutes waiting on a refund at the «thank you» sign. A total waste of my time.

Just your average Starbucks. What I like most is the coffee at this one is not as strong or as hot as other Starbucks. This works for me. The workers aren’t as enthusiastic but thats okay. I would say that Conyers, Georgia is not a coffee town.

I really like this location. Everyone I have encountered is nice. I love the rennovation. The changes flow better with the type of coffee house Starbucks purports to be. Very open, modern and eclectic. Love Starbucks new branding as well. So seemless most people didn’t even notice it. That’s how it’s done. Anywho, this location is a hangout spot for high schoolers on the weekend nights, so if you’re in need of quiet and concentration, beware. No chaos. It just gets a bit loud.

This is a Starbucks I frequently visit. I am a My Starbucks Rewards member. On my visit to this location today I bought a drink using my card, before leaving I went to the register to get a free refill on an iced coffee or tea beverage. While placing my order the cashier informed me that I was not allowed to get any other refill different from my original drink purchased. I explained to her the My Starbucks Reward Policy and that I’ve done it at countless locations including here. She called the manager over (Rob) who said the same thing, he added that it has never been a Starbucks’ policy. It was not until I pulled up the policy on the website from my phone that he then agreed to give me the refill. When I asked for the contact information for the store manager he told me I could google it

By far the slowest Starbucks that I’ve been to in a long time. They had plenty of workers, but nothing was getting done efficiently. They weren’t communicating well and they weren’t helping each other out, which led to service at a snail’s pace.
Restaurant was clean.

I use to stop by here a lot and get my classic White Mocha with a Pump of peppermint. Lately I’ve been finding that it is made extremely sweet and over powering in peppermint. The last time that I order my beverage the barista informed me that one pump was not what they used for the venti. I simple said I know but I don’t like the extra. She shrugged it off and checked me out. While I was watching her make my drink she then took it upon herself to pump more then my requested single shot. Guess she thought I wasn’t watching. I promptly informed her the moment she sent the drink down I didn’t not want the beverage and requested it be remade, as per their trademark. She gave me attitude and when she was informed that I had seen her add additional pumps and would like to have a new beverage. For a service industry I have lost some faith in this location. Usually it is great and I do not have to go to such an extent for my beverage. I have not returned in some time and simple opt to wait till I drive 25 miles and go to the one next to my work, where I have never had any problems.

Love Starbucks! Everytime I come thru the drive thru or go inside they are awesome! Great service. Keep up the good work

I wish they’d fix their app after all these years so that passbook would work when I arrive.
Great place though. The redesign is a little rustic for an urban Starbucks but comfortable.

All about that Large Iced Chai with a double shot.

Suprised Starbucks corporate allows someone to run a business out of their location and set up his computer desktop every day. Doubt they are aware.

Starbucks is nice and in a good location between OTP and Covington. Very busy with people who are using their wifi to complete various projects, but there is still enough seating.
My only gripe was that when I ordered a large order for catering an office, I picked it up to find out they had zero bags. Which meant I had to carry 5 different sandwiches, protein boxes, etc. stacked on top of each other; as well as all the beverages.
CAUTION: Hot sandwiches are served EXTREMELY hot. Ask them to not make them so hot or you will not be able to even handle the pastry bag when they drop it on the counter.
They do have an interesting evening menu and serve wine for those of you that live or work late in this area.
All in all, nice Starbucks. Just annoyed that a Starbucks could be out of large bags for three whole days (the barista said they wouldn’t have any until Thursday; it is Monday)

Walked in last night to see a great local artist signing some great songs and the crowd was loving the vibe. This locations also offers a box lunch deal for $ 10 with a variety of sandwiches, snacks and drink included. They’ve got a larger selection of food and drink options than I’ve seen at any other location.
Highly recommend you stop by and check it out.

So I heard that a few starbucks were getting small plates, wines, and beers, added to their menu but I didn’t know it would be a location so close to me! I made a trip to this location yesterday for their «Wine Down Wednesday» event, where they have live Jazz from 6pm-​8pm. I haven’t been here in a while so was pleasantly surprised to see they had revamped the place. It was nice before but it looks like a full on lounge now!
As my friend and I enjoyed the Jazz music, we both tried the truffle mac and cheese was excellent! Very rich in taste! My friend also had the chicken skewers. She said they were good but something she could make at home, lol. We also had been anticipating the return of their pumpkin latte which we got and also enjoyed! The staff was very attentive and polite. It gets packed in there on Wednesday so make sure you get there early. I’ll definitely be returning to this event and just to this location in general.

I love this starbucks. Its extremely clean and well organized. The parking is easy. Their are many chairs, tables and sofas for you to relax or study. The staff are friendly and you get your drinks extremely quick. The pick up food here is often always replenished quickly. The bathroom is usually spotless. Overall this is one of my favorite Starbucks and would come back again. Cheers!
