A $ 6000+ sectional was delivered damaged. The delivery guys said I was on my own, they couldn’t do anything about it. I called the store just as they were leaving on the day it was delivered… That was 7MONTHS ago and I STILLHAVE A BROKENSECTIONAL! No refund, no repair, no replacement, no exaggerations! The parts lady, she is out of the office every time is go in the store, what a coincidence.
