By far, the worst example of customer service I’ve seen in a while. After the technician came to the counter when I arrived and understood I wanted a gel pedi and full set – so she’s aware I’m already spending a MINIMUM of $ 70, I sat in the chair until the water went cold for 45 mins while they took 3 other walk in customers ahead of me. One for a full set, another for a pedi, and one for a waxing. Even after I mentioned the lack of service and my disdain for the priority in which I wasn’t being helped, they continued in their activity. I put my shoes on and walked out with not even a word getting said to me. The customer sitting beside me was sympathetic, but it wasn’t her place to say anything. What a shame. I literally live across the street and can see this establishment from my front door. They lost a potential regular customer and anyone I can persuade to not patronize this business.

I am beyond happy with the service, product and price I experienced at this salon!
I came here after a week of having horrible looking acrylics done at a different nail salon. They were so bad I could not stand to look at them anymore. I went as a walk in and was taken immediately. Bobby had to remove my old acrylics and redo them with tips. For the process needing to be done he was finished with polish in an hour! He was so quick and did an excellent job.
I LOVE my new acrylics. He cut and shaped them to exactly what I asked (I am very picky on shape) I will be coming back from now on and am very happy I finally found an excellent salon!

Stopped in as a walk-​in because I saw some nice reviews on Unilocal.Quiet little salon, I was helped immediately. They have a large selection of gel colors. I didn’t ask about designs. Needed a fill with gel and acrylic. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was fantastic. Very meticulous and actually listened to my initial request to have my nails cut down and rounded. Never had to repeat myself and my nails are perfect. For a fill, he was actually very quick too. Definitely going back, glad I stopped in!

Love love love this place! Everyone is kind and more then willing to make you happy. They do a great job and are very clean! I came in with a picture of what I wanted done to my nails. I was more then pleased with what I received. Won’t go to anyone else! Pedicures and waxing are great too!

This salon is nice! Love that it’s close to JB-​MDL. It’s a family business and I went here today to get a mani-​pedi and the daughter was my manicurist. She was wonderful! She gave me accents on my big toes and ring fingers. I’ve never had accents before and I told her to do what she felt like so she did flowers, they look beautiful. Price was reasonable as well. I will be coming back here again.

This place is good for the people who live by the base and need something done quick but I wouldn’t stop here again. It was on my way home from work so I decided to stop and the only way I will go back is if I am in a rush.
It’s not the nicest inside and the selection of polish is not that big. Probably the smallest selection I have seen in any nail salon.
The workers are nice, very nice, which is why I was happy. BUT my pedicure did not look that great. She needed to use a brush to clean it up on the sides because it was all over. That is the first time that has ever happened for a pedicure for me, usually they’re so precise that they would never need that. It was only $ 20 though so it was pretty cheap. When I look closely I’m not too happy with it.
In a rush, I would stop, but not if I wanted something done very nicely.

Close to base, which is great. It wasn’t much of a pedicure, for $ 20 bucks I could have painted my own toe nails. I asked for two designs (one on each big toe) she couldn’t tell me how much it was and when I went to pay I was charged $ 5 for TWO designs! that’s ridiculous.

There seems to be only one person that actually does fills, so there can be quite a wait for that. He is good though, not amazing, but good. The language barrier can be an issue if the English speaking workers are busy as the woman who seems to run the place and act as receptionist doesn’t speak English. I wouldn’t go there for services other than fills for that reason. I considered using their waxing services, but didn’t want to discuss it using a male translator.

Lets see, this place is so close to JB MDL which makes it super convenient. They are nice people and do a decent job on Fills and Pedis. The price is reasonable. I really can’t complain. I mean I have seen way better but truth is we aren’t in a big city I mean what more can you ask for. I like it :)

Decent place if you happened to be living in this area (as we do and will be for a few more months). Nancy does not do the kind of gel nails I used to get back in NY & CT but hers are ok. IMO, not the most personable staff as they seem to be irritated more than I’ve ever seen in a salon but they do get the job done. The only other thing I would add is that for area, the price seem a tad high for some of the services.
