We had three different companies come out through a home protection plan to try to get our AC/​heat pump, furnace combination running properly. None succeeded completely, and actually made matters worse. After going for 10 days with no heat in the coldest November temperatures in Minnesota history, we called Dependable. Their technician spent the entire day fixing the things the other guys had messed up, making things right, and getting the whole system ruining smoothly. Our heat pump now shuts off when the temperature gets below 32 degrees and the furnace runs better than it has in years. We have to pay for this ourselves rather than through the home protection plan, but it was worth every penny. If you have a heating or cooling problem, call Dependable. They’re courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and — well, DEPENDABLE!
