I order take out from here all the time. I literally live two minutes away so why wait 45 mins for delivery when I can have it in 15 to 20mins. I’m not sure how many dine in pizza huts are still around but I use to come here all the time when I was a kid(it still looks the same). But I don’t eat out for the looks of a restaurant and I don’t return to a restaurant for the looks. Everyone that I have encountered at this restaurant is so friendly and happy. No matter how late I order. To make my life and their life better I order online. It’s just so much easier since I know that this place can get packed at times. Anyways, the pastas are really good I asked the guy last time I picked up since he was talking about them so I opted to try it in the large $ 20 box. You wouldn’t go wrong super good, the pizza has definitely stepped it’s game up with the different sauces they have and the crust(my favorite would have to be garlic). My husband and kids love all the deserts cinnamon sticks, hersey chocolate chip cookie, and the new hersey brownies. Online deals are amazing, you can’t order online deals over the phone though(unless the Web page is down). Been there and had that issue for some reason once. It’s fast and affordable and can feed the family for $ 20. Where else can you do that?

This is my second time ordering here for delivery and I am quite impressed with the service and how eager to please and go beyond for the customer. They will definitely be getting more business from me.

We went in a few weeks ago and from start to finish had a very nice experience. Was very nostalgic and was actually really fun eating at a stand alone Pizza Hut… Something I have never done with my kids. We have been back(2) times and both experiences were just as pleasant! I was also shocked at how great their chicken wings were and the salad bar was exactly how I remembered it which was very good not a lot of choices but it hit the spot!

Dining in at Pizza Hut was a nostalgic experience & something that needs to stay in the past. Still decorated like the late 1980’s, nothing has changed but the quality. Its much better just to order take out or delivery. Pros: They offer 3 lunch dine in options for $ 6.99 which are perfect unless you’re a beast & can tackle an entire pie by yourself. Options for lunch are as follows: 1) Personal pan pizza with up to 3 toppings, bread sticks & a fountain drink 2) Personal pan pizza with up to 3 toppings, unlimited visits to the salad bar & a fountain drink 3) Pasta(I don’t know I didn’t read through it, who gets pasta at a pizza hut?! Show some respect) Cons: 1) The out dated décor & the smell of forgotten memories. 2) The«salad» bar full of veggies that don’t look or taste fresh along with their«syrup like» dressings that are the consistency of pudding. 3) The marinara dipping sauce for the bread sticks was warm tomato water, at least I hope it was tomato.

I ordered online and created my own pizza. I got to design every detail including crust flavor. We received the pizza fast and it was fresh and delicious! I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and WOWHAVETHEYCHANGEDFORTHEBETTER! I feel like I just had a gourmet pizza. I recommend the stuffed crust with garlic spread and balsamic glaze for extra delicious flavor!

Poor delivery experience tonight, May 3rd. First pizza sent undercooked and lukewarm; don’t be afraid to cook a pizza guys! Replacement order came wrong, thanks guys! Had two separate wait times for a bad dinner.

This Pizza Hut is the worst! This place does not appear to care that they have no customers. I have visited a few times on the insistence of friends. The service is slow and rude! We were the only people in the restaurant and were treated with disrespect, our kids were yelled at and the waitress reprimanded the children for minor infractions. The iced tea tastes disgusting maybe the container that holds it needs replacing. Even though the waitress admits that they get complaints all the time, nothing has been done. The place is filthy and I can’t imagine how it stays open!!! Keep driving !!!

Was Pizza Hut always this gross? I’m not sure, but the current menu is just wrong. I’m not sure why anyone would eat here… unless maybe they have a really great coupon? I went because my daughter earned a coupon at school for a free personal pizza. It was meant to be a treat, but the cheese smelled so bad she wouldn’t eat it.

Great service. Great pan pizza and the people in there are very very nice. Can’t really complain about this one. I’ve been to a lot of crappy Pizza Hut’s but this one is okay with me. I usually always get the personal pan pizza and I believe it’s $ 5. Can’t complain.

Came in around 12:00pm and buffet was fully stocked. Waitress was great and brought refills before I was even done. Not too crowded and fresh food came out regularly. Very happy and would come back for sure!

Pembrooke Pines location. Nice servers but completely incompetent management. The have this phone that has the most annoying ring. It’s loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. There s a six second delay between the rings. Thought I was going mad! I complained to management about it because it was so incredibly annoying. I like the pizza but cannot stand that damn phone!!! Unbelievable that they would allow something like that to destroy a pleasant dining experience. I’ll NEVERRETURN!!!

I was surprised when I pulled up to Pizza Hut on a Tuesday night and found that their buffet was open from 6−8pm. Even though I have had issues with their delivery, I have never had any problems with the buffet and I have actually kind of liked it in the past. This time was no different. The waitress was pleasant and friendly and she refilled my drink in a timely manner. They had a few different pizza options including pepperoni, plain cheese, sausage and a veggie one. The salad bar was decent and well stocked. I wish the pasta didn’t have cheese in it but I guess that’s just me. The dessert pizza was not out originally but they brought it out later with it being the apple one. I was somewhat surprised the restaurant wasn’t more crowded since the buffet is only $ 8/person which is a pretty cheap meal esp. if you have kids. It did get a little busier as I was leaving but still not nearly what I would have expected. You pretty much know what you are getting when you eat at this buffet and this location didn’t let me down.

Management like this is what destroys a chain! I happen to like Pizza Hut pan pizza. My kids love their cheesy bites pizza that they only offer for limited times. I would not eat at this run-down, poorly run restaurant, but I have often gotten takeout from them. Delivery is always an issue with this place. They are incapable of thinking on their own, and lack the common sense to understand that their delivery area extends 45 blocks to their west, but only 10 blocks to their east. Trying to explain this to even a manager is a completely pointless waste of time. Let’s just say that none of these employees were present at school when the teacher drew a circle on the board and explained what a radius was! Listen up, CORPORATE! You need to get involved, get in there, and clean house! I mean that both figuratively and literally! Start by firing anybody who is incapable of speaking the English language! And If you think I am referring to foreign language employees, you are wrong. I am referring to your AMERICAN employees who could not pass a third grade grammer test! It doesn’t seem that difficult to me; if you cannot speak in understandable, complete sentences, you have no business holding a customer service job. Especially one that involves speakng on the phone! Ever wonder why so many Pizza Hut locations are closing? It’s not the food! Their pizza is actually good. It all about management… actually, MISmanagement!

I would like to rate at 0 stars. I know I was asking for it because it is Pizza Hut. But I figured let’s eat a big cheap pizza for $ 12… but wow. how do they stay in business? Rude staff and cold greasy pizza. I want my money back and if they don’t give it to me, I will ask them to give me a gift card for Papa Johns.

A Cooper City pizza hut with subdued exterior to help blend in aesthetically with the rest of the area. I walk in the door fully aware of my impending disappointment. Mmmmm, that buffet sure looks tasty. Make sure you cut that medium pizza into 37 pieces. That heat lamp is doing a great job, I’ll bet this pizza is over 87 °F degrees.
