Horrible, horrible, company. Stay far away! Their game seems to be to get you in with a low price then raise you continuously as much and as often as possible hoping that you are on a spot and that it will be too much trouble for you to move out, so you pay it. Then they do it again and again.
Horrible communication. A sleazy company!

This place did me very wrong. This review may be long. While the facility seems nice and neat, they swindled me out of 200+ bucks and I’ll never return. I was in in a situation where I felt I needed a storage unit immediately because I almost had to move out of my place immediately. They preyed on that and told me they don’t offer refunds after I already paid for the first month. I hadn’t stored anything yet luckily. What a surprise when I realized I didn’t have to move as quickly as planned. I tried to explain I had an empty storage unit for less than 24 hours and they wouldn’t budge or try to refund me for anything. I played hard ball and just told them I’ll keep that unit empty all month and force them to try and cut the lock. Can’t threaten to auction my belongings from an empty unit. That’s when I started getting daily calls asking if I can remove the lock because they need the unit. Why can’t I rent an empty unit if they have my money for a full month? Those calls usually ended with me saying my lock for a refund or telling them I’ll call them back with no intention of doing so, like they did to me when I initially told them I don’t need the unit. I finally took the lock a few days later so I wouldn’t have to hear from them and they were still far from friendly. If you like your time wasted, go check this place out. If you enjoy doing business with crooks, pay this place a visit.

It’s weird to want to review a storage facility. But it was that good. Great staff, decent prices for Cooper City and what I really loved was the convenient hours. The office is open till 8:30 and the storage units are accessible 24 hours – which basically means the hubs was able to pick up his golf clubs at 5am on the way to the course. There is security on-​site during the night. It’s super clean and climate controlled which is a big deal here in S FL!
