The staff is great at this location. The service is excellent. The space is everything it is advertised to be.
Sara at the front desk is fantastic at dealing with the customer’s needs.
I would highly recommend Uncle Bob’s, specifically this location in Hollywood and in particular the service level Sara provided.

This is a great storage facility. It is very well kept, clean and all the facility employees are very nice. I have personally spoke to three people who work here. Jerry is who I signed up with and I believe he is the main person who runs the place. He is very courteous and willing to help in any way. He is an older man and he does know his stuff. He doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Letti, she is the assistant at this location and she makes me laugh almost every time I visit the office. She helped me with the free truck move in process. They do offer a free truck when you move in, not out. I think its 19.95 plus tax for insurance on the truck and you get 25 miles free and you have to fill the tank back to where it was when you get it. All in all it is a great location to do what you need to do. Also if you are military they do offer 10 percent off every month. Happy shopping.

I recently started renting a storage unit here. They have great prices and they are kept. Nothing out of the ordinary though. I wish though that the lady who work weekday afternoons was a little more plesant in the way she treats her customers.
