There’s no lighting inside the units, the elevator going up in building A is decrepit and I’m surprised that it’s actually still viable, the outside smells like urine. They increase the rent without reason over and over, for my unit I used to pay $ 160 in 2013, then $ 180 in 2014, $ 200 in 2015 and, now, in 2016 I’m paying $ 234 with tax. There’s other storage units in this area that you could go to like U-Store-It or whatever that have cheaper rates for more up to date facilities. Reason I don’t move? I’m a disabled vet so I physically can’t. If anyone wants to help me move, let me know, I’ll buy pizza and beer.

I have a 10 X 20 drive-up unit. The facility looks a little older. The units are clean, but have no lighting inside. The insulation on the ceiling of my unit is torn and falling down in a few spots. The roll-up door is old and hard to open and close. The grounds are well kept, but have poor lighting all around. I’ve only seen two cameras, recording cars coming and going. Don’t know if there’s much of a problem with crime in these places, but with the price of cameras these days, I was surprided there weren’t more. I’ve never been there in the rain, so I’m not sure about the drainage. Customer service has been great so far. The price is the lowest around, however, I didn’t get the $ 1 first month rent special. They said it didn’t apply to my unit.
