Horrible and unprofessional! I called them Nov 29th and put a reservation on a storage unit I was looking at. Spoke with the manager, Alex, and told him I would be there to move stuff in on Saturday, Dec 1. He said no problem. Went there today, Dec 1, and an elderly lady told me that they rented out the unit! No sincere apology came from her and when asked if we could at least get a discount for another unit since THEY made the mistake, she said no. Wouldn’t even call the manager for me. Super rude. Went to the Handy Storage across Pines Blvd and had the BEST service! I do not recommend University Pines Self Storage. Go over to Handy Storage and they’ll take care of you in a PROFESSIONAL way!
