This is a very convenient location but the customer service at the pharmacy is non existent. Going to fill a prescription for a person who is ill and being told it will not be ready for another two and a half hours is disappointing. Asking if it can be done sooner and being told two hours is also disappointing. When asked to speak with the pharmacist, you get told to wait it will be soon.
We all know that there is work from online and called in to the pharmacy, but there are also emergencies when you can’t wait for two to two and a half hours.
There is not even an inch of compassion from the customer service personnel in this store for their customers. It is an emergency that brought me into this location today and it would have to be an emergency that would make me walk into this location again

Despite others, I have never had a problem here but I don’t fill prescriptions at walgreens. The staff is always soo sweet and soo patient with me when I have a bunch of coupons and multiple orders. I also love that they put out newspaper coupons taped into items. So helpful!

Can I give less than a star? Twice they gave me the wrong prescription. There is always a wait and always an issue. They never have what is required and apparently are unable to maintain their customer load. Luckily I realized they were giving my daughter the wrong prescription… I worry for seniors who can’t read and just trust the pharmacy.

Photography section is an absolute joke. The man refused to take my passport photo because he didn’t want to get the camera ready and print the photos. Had to ask someone else to do it. The employees aren’t the best at customer service. It’s an inconvenience, to them, to ask for help. It’s basically a go in, get what you need, and get out place.

25 minute wait at the pharmacy for a prescription that WAS READY. Pharmacy staff is always chatting, taking breaks and totally un willing to help.

This store is ok as long as you don’t need any help. The majority of employees seem to take lunch/​breaks all at the same time so good luck trying to find someone to help you. When you finally do track someone down they don’t know where anything is or what the store sells. It’s definitely not in my top 5 choices for Walgreens stores in the area.
