If you’re looking for a fun activity(alone or for the whole family) then go to Cooperstown and pick some blueberries! They provide you with plastic lined buckets, with handles, and show you how to get started. It’s so simple and fun. When you’re driving it is on a HILL(hence the name) going upwards. So look to your left and right, the side of the properties sloping upwards are on the correct side. There is only one sign so don’t miss it. Basically it is located across the street from the Cooperstown Dream Camp for youth interested in Baseball. I only filled my bucket up a little bit as I was selective and chose only the biggest darkest sweetest looking berries. Others picked whichever they thought looked good and so between three of us we had a LOT of berries. Once at home I rinsed out the berries and left them on cookie sheets to dry. After their drying time most were frozen for later use. But we made fresh blueberry waffles for breakfast and they were delicious!
