So, after going back and forth several times, Jim the manager finally told me that he will give me credit for the medicine cabinet, which is like giving ice away in the winter. There is absolutely nothing I would want or need from them! What I wanted is my money back. Please beware, if you sign anything from them, make hire an attorney to read the small print. This company is just one big rip off. And Jim made it sound like he was the good guy with his response that he posted for everyone to see.

Where do I start? Went to this place when doing my kitchen renovation. Joe the sales representative was fantastic when I ordered my cabinets. Then came time to order the countertop. I selected what I was told was the most expensive countertop in the store «Bianco Romano». A beautiful counter top with shades of gray, black and hints of red. So then the day comes where I go to the yard to pick the slab. I am shown a slab what the guy tells me is Bianco Romano. Now I have never been color blind or had any issue with my sight, so when I am shown a slab that is black and white with no other colors. I told the guy this is a different stone and there was red and grey in the other stone. Then I am told that the stone varies in color. I realized I was being clowned. But the real clowning came when I am told by the guy that he does have another slab similar to what I was talking about. He takes me to another part of the warehouse and shows me a slab. I looked at the stone and told the guy this is the same stone I picked out at the store. He tells me no, that this is «Bianco Gabriel.» He then says there may be a price differ and Consumer’s would call me with that. Now I am thinking that this stone must be the same price or less if there is a difference as it was the same stone and I was already told that I already had picked out the most expensive one in the store. To my surprise, I receive a call from a rep telling me that this stone that is the same one I already picked out was now $ 350 more expensive. I found this quite odd as I was given about $ 350 in discounts. Why give the discount then give the bend over and take back the discount. After spending over $ 14 000 on my kitchen at this place and the screw me for $ 350 extra, all I can say is «let the buyer beware» when it comes to shopping for a kitchen or bathroom here. Needless to say, the bathroom is next on my list but I will be taking my business elsewhere…
So following this post rather than Consumer’s Kitchen and Bath’s making good by apologizing for the poor business dealings, they respond by insulting my intelligence and telling me that stone varies. Obliviously stone does vary, but when I am shown a completely different stone from what is sampled at the store and then I am taken to the same exact stone and told it is more expensive then I know that I am being played. Stay as far away from this place as you can as they will insult your intelligence and rip you off!!!

OMG. What a wonderful experience. I went to a few other places to look around to see my options, and then met Joe Esposito. What a nice man. He was so amazing and helpful that it made this process easy. He helped me pick out the perfect custom vanity and granite counter top for my beautiful new bathroom Thank you so much Joe. It was a absolute pleasure to do business with such a kind, honest and knowledgeable person.

Last year after 30 years in our home we decided to renovate our 1950’s style main bathroom. We limited time to pick out fixtures, vanity, sink etc., we decided on a Saturday morning to run over to Consumers Kitchen and Baths in Copiague and delightedly met Tracey Groomes. She professionally walked us through all our options and helped us pick out everything from our vanity, quartz sink, shower doors, linen closet and more. Everything matched and looked great together right down to the towel rings! Ms. Groomes is a great resource, knows her stuff and was so patient with us. We love the way our new bathroom looks and couldn’t have done it without her help. Consumers is great because it was one-​stop shopping and had everything we were looking for!

My kitchen was gutted to studs, and I ordered cabinets from Comsumer Kitchen and Bath in Copiague, NY. There are problems with many of the cabinets and I was getting nowhere for two weeks to have someone look at this. This morning I called the manager, Joe Esposito, who last week had suggested to my salesman that a tech should be involved. I heard nothing, but knew this. Joe immediately contacted the service dept. and a tech, Steve, was here within one hour. I am very grateful to Joe and he should get a big raise.
