Can never get orders right, but final straw for me was when I got home with a hot breakfast sandwich that was still frozen in the center! When it was brought to the attention of the manager, she rudely made excuses, when a simple apology or coupon would have been more appropriate– and which I would have accepted. Not so, therefore my final visit– and I was a regular until then. Pity, because it’s on my way to work, and I like the chain — they just can never seem to get it together at this location.

T– o me, this was so cool.
M– edium coffee with half and half and toasted almond please!
Decent location that had all the donuts one could possibly want.
