Arch Brows Threading & Spa – Coppell

Love this place. My eyebrows have been over waxed (not by them) and looked horrible. I went in to try threading which I had tried before elsewhere and hated. I had them thread and tint and they looked great. I bought the package. The next time I went they suggested I wait a little bit to let them grow more… I was impressed. I decided to try another service and had a gold facial and microdermabrasion. It was awesome. 4 days later and my face still feels like it does not need moisturizer. Nalina was very professional and helpful. I can’t wait to go back.

I had a groupon for a 60 minutes facial and decided to try it out. My appointment was at 2pm, I had some wait time, she could only start around after 2:20 and the facial was done by 3pm. It was not even 45 mins. This was supposed to be a facial for a Glo Rejuvenating and I do not believe that was what I got, it was probably just the Express facial for 30 mins. She didn’t even do the steamer for the whitehead/​blackhead removal, which I thought was pretty basic with every facial. For the Express facial probably not bad overall but I felt like I got ripped off because I purchased the groupon that was a facial worth 60 mins but only got a quickie 30 min facial. I won’t come back here for this service, have had better facials that were more worth my buck other places. Clean place and good facility, just wish they had better service, especially when you are a first time customer.
Update on ⁴⁄₁₀: The owner of the salon reached out to me and scheduled a complimentary Glo facial to make up for my not so positive experience. I really appreciated the follow up and the facial was good!

I’ve been looking for a new place to torture me every other wee and have heard good things about the Arch Brows chains.
I was able to go over on my lunch and get to threading immediately. Super clean! The lady was nice and very detailed. They offer lots of different services and I even signed up for a «package» deal which is 4 threading’s for $ 29 (they’re normally $ 10 a piece) and she even gave me my threading from today for free for being a new customer! any package you purchase can be utilize at all of their locations which is nice. so i’ll be going back at least 4 more times to get my money’s worth!

Okay they charge $ 10 for eye brows threading. I think it’s pricey considering other places in the area charges $ 5 but it didn’t hurt. You get what you pay for. They use thicker thread here so it hurt less. She took her time and it was also a plus because when they do it too fast, they tend to miss the lines and mess up your brows. Marisha did my brows and she was great and gentle. They also offer other facials and services also.
Update, I’m knocking off a star because it’s been a week and my brows are growing back. It usually last two or three weeks at other places
