Bloom Embroidery

Bloom is awesome. Good, fast service. The ladies here are very helpful and friendly.

We brought in a bunch of really random articles to be embroidered with a custom logo. Lots of different fabrics, a few different embroidery colors, logo in different sizes on several items — lots of variations and odd little details within the order. I discussed all the specifics with Mary via email before I came in. When I arrived with all the items, she remembered everything we had talked about, she was accurate on the prices she had estimated via email, and spent a significant amount of time making sure she had all the details correct and that I was happy with the color choices, etc. Everyone was very warm and friendly, seemed so appreciative and happy to have our business, and turned out excellent work. I was able to see samples of the embroidered logo ahead of time, confirm that everything was correct, and picked up our completed order in less than 2 weeks even though we didn’t need it done that quickly. Not only did it all look great, but every piece was done exactly as specified. I am extremely pleased with Bloom Embroidery and we will absolutely be back with future orders. I highly recommend them!

These ladies have always done a wonderful job embroidering my scrubs! They pay attention to all the fine details. Very reasonably priced for as well as they do! Even though they are a far drive away for me, I will always return here! Reliable!

Great to work with. I had a very small order and they were very accommodating. I even had to bring in a last minute fix that I messed up on and they had no problem getting my order done within a few days. They aren’t the best at following up with you on your order so be sure to call and check on things. They do remember you as a customer, which was really nice. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

I am a guy who decided to try to do something special for a change when my boss/​friend had a new baby recently. I brought a really nice blanket to the very nice folks at Bloom Embroidery with what I thought was a cool design idea. They helped improve my design idea considerably, and when they called me to pick my blanket up, they were early, charged me less than they estimated/​quoted me… and best of all, the blanket looked so much better than I even imagined it would! To top it all off, they were very friendly and helpful. I am extremely pleased and impressed, and look forward to doing business with my new friends at Bloom Embroidery many times in the future. OK. After the diatribe I just wrote on EmbroidMe, you know half the story already. So I will tell you the highlights:
Needed a company logo embroidered onto a golf shirt on the fly. Called Bloom and spoke with Mary, the owner. She was a sweet lady who assured me they would make it happen, just come on over.
I got lost on my way and called, she gave me great directions and was very kind. I finally showed up and was surprised to see a full storefront, full of items you could have embroidered: shirts, hats, tote bags, baby stuff, towels, you name it!
They (it’s husband and wife, I think — both very nice!) took care of me on site, told me to go next door to Dairy Queen (what??? I didn’t know we had DQ in Dallas??) and have an ice cream and they’d have it for me in less than an hour.
I did just that, and they called me in about 20 mins, already done.
That’s my story, now some details FYI:
They do corporate orders (like logos on golf shirts) as well as a lot for schools and teams (you know, cheerleaders, basketball, etc) as well as fun gifts for grads, babies, etc. I brought back a catalog to place some additional orders from, and their selections are great.
I’ve already gone back for a 2^nd «on the fly» order — they have definitely earned their place in my vendor book. In addition to that, I think it’s a great place to pick up bridesmaid gifts and anything you want monogrammed (like luggage) for that special touch!
