Jersey Mike’s Subs

First off — I am a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s. Love their subs and would go out of my way to eat there.
I’ve been to this location on many occasions as business takes me in to this area frequently. Their subs are the quality that I would expect from any other JM’s and I’ve been to many.
This is a busy location especially around the lunch hour so always good to order ahead either online or by phone.
The only downfall to this particular location relates to hygiene. Yes they use the plastic gloves, but they do everything from answer the phone with them, scribble notes with them on, adjust their baseball caps with them on, adjust their eyeglasses with them on. Well you get the picture. I’ve seen this on almost every occasion that I’ve been in. Yes I know it’s not the end of the world (wait — or is it /​can it be?), but hygiene and standards are for the customer’s safety.
If the franchise owner is reading this, please re-​educate your staff on this.

Classic Italian sub is the best. Jersey mikes is the best! If you go to a sandwich shop and you don’t see them cut the meat in front of you, then it’s not a real sandwich shop. Great healthier alternative to the normal burger at lunch time.

I’m addicted to their #13 sandwich! I have frequented this place I don’t know how many times now for my lunch break & I can’t get enough of their subs! It doesn’t take too long if they are really busy to get through the waiting line, so far. Will be continuing to eat lunch here till I get tired of eating subs lol! Better choice than Subway or Quiznos in my opinion, if those are your preferred choices. Definitely try JM’s if you haven’t already!

I like Jersey Mikes but on weekdays at lunchtime it is very slow as they fill catering orders ahead of those standing in line. That’s when their single slicer model really fails.

My family and I like these subs a lot! My daughter is a regular and loves to get her sub «Mike’s way.» They do a great job getting their customers in and out efficiently. The meat is fresh and tasty.

My favorite sub place, they slice it in front of you and its fast, simple, but good. The rosemary bread is the best. My favorite sub is the California. The service is always the best

No bread. No sandwich. No review. Thank goodness other sandwich shops were open. And guess what they had bread.

I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s for a couple years now and I’ve yet to taste another sub as good as theirs. This location has always hired pretty awesome employees who really know their stuff and quickly prepare your food. This location is ALWAYS packed during the lunch hours, but don’t let the line fool you… I’ve never had to wait over 5 minutes for my food. If you get a sub here, you’ve gotta get that bad boy «Mikes Way». They coat that sucker in viniger and oil, salt, pepper, onions lettuce and tomato. It’s like they hand craft a first class ticket to food heaven and serve it with a smile because they know you’re going to love their food.

How did I not come here before? This is going to have to top Subway for sure! I got the California Avocado Club — their avocado is fresh and chunky! Not the kind you buy at stores pre packaged like the wholly molly brand. It tastes like they just cut up a fresh avocado and put it in my sandwich. OMG so good. You can get your sandwich Mike’s way which includes –onions, lettuce, tomato, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, oregano, salt. All healthy stuff and delicious! The employees here are also all friendly and smiling! Awesome place!

My hubby and I go every week to get our sandwiches and go for a picnic in the park. The staff are friendly and the sandwiches are amazing!

One of the best sandwich shops out there! Every sandwich I’ve tried is delicious and inexpensive, you cant go wrong.

Great tasting sandwiches, friendly staff, the place is very clean, and it’s fast.

The best sub out there! Whatever you get. Get it in «Mike Way»!!! Plenty of meat and vegetable!!! My favorite is the big kuhana. One of the hot subs!!! The original is one of the best but my favorite is the big kuhana… A must try!

I love Jersey Mike’s subs and especially the Mike’s way! The guys that works at this location are super friend and nice. They give you a lot of meat for the price. I love number #7 with the Mike’s way of course.

i’ve never had jersey mike’s before, anywhere. But this is seriously good. I don’t know what it is; maybe cutting up the meat and cheeses on the spot actually makes a difference? Maybe having their sandwich made «Mike’s Way» really does make a difference, (though that can’t be the case, since «Mike’s Way» is exactly what most sandwich shops put on their sandwiches, e.g. onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, and «spices»). In any case, Jersey Mike’s makes a serious sandwich for a chain.
Had an Original Italian and also tried a friend’s Club Supreme. Delicious! Again, the meats and cheeses here are cut on the spot – something you rarely see in chain sandwich shops.
The staff here is really cordial and, despite there being a long line for lunch, they were all nice despite the large crowd.
Yeah, can’t wait to try more sandwiches, Jersey Mike’s seriously blows other chains out of the water.

My husband and I were very excited when this location opened. Unfortunately, the service could really improve (especially compared to the wonderful service I get at the Flower Mound location!). Sandwiches are always sloppily thrown together, lines are unreasonably slow (for what looks like a glut of employees behind the counter,) and they don’t even accept the Jersey Mikes membership program.
The food still tastes good, so I’m still giving it three stars, and I’m sure we’ll go back because it’s by far the closest location. But I am pretty disappointed in this location after today.
My husband ordered a salad and brought it to me for lunch. As I started eating it, I noticed it was missing a meat that is supposed to be on that order. When I mentioned this to my husband, he told me that that was actually the second time they messed up my order. Apparently, the first time he clearly indicated that it was not to have any dressing or oil & vinegar. When he noticed the employee adding vinegar to the salad, my husband complained to the employee. The employee then asked if it was really necessary to remake the salad. Well, yes. It’s covered in vinegar. That’s not exactly something you can pick off.
And I wish I could say that this was the first time they didn’t get our order right. I had hoped before that the issues were just because it’s a new location, but I doubt bad attitudes and laziness get better with time… If the bad service continues, we’ll go back to Jimmy John’s.

I’m a sandwich guy and this is the closest thing you can get to a homemade «fresh» sandwich. The workers are phenomenal and the atmosphere is bright.

Excellent sandwiches, excellent service. If you’ve never had it, the pepper relish is amazing.
My only complaint is that this location is a little small.

Just opened today, Everything is fresh they serve up cold or hot subs, and they also offer wraps, I am hooked on the bread (of course) and love the oil and spices. Nice addition to the City of Coppell.
