Kiddin’around

My kid liked to go there because facilities are good.
First vising day in this summer, indoor temperature was so cold.
(I know this is personal opinion but their temperature was similar to Walmart meat section temperature)
I didn’t bring long sleeve because it was first day, and he stayed 9:30am-6:00pm and he got cold right away.
And when I pay, some lady tried to charge me more, so even though I gave her Kiddin’ Around Card, the lady delayed to charge until my son ready to leave.
Also whenever I pay, they always told me that how much I owe them, and never tells me how many hours kid’s been there even I asked them about the time to time.
They don’t look clear.
One day, I asked printed receipt. It showed only minutes, not like 3:42pm-5:55pm.
Front desk first lady said they can’t even check time to time.
It didn’t make sense at all to me.
But, few weeks later, another lady wrote the time to time on the receipt.
Then why first lady couldn’t see the time?
Also, another day, when I asked feed my kid at a certain time because I just fed him enough.
I found that they fed my son on Kiddin’ Around lunch time not the time that I asked for their convenient.
And they didn’t even know my son was eating or not.
That’s why my son DIDN’T EAT THE FOOD AT ALL and of course he was STARVING when I pick him up.
It’s very expensive place and they run business poorly.

I have fallen in love with the Kiddin Around Coppell branch. I trust the staff whole heartedly with my two boys. My 3 year old runs in without saying bye and that doesn’t happen anywhere else. They allow the children to be kids. In addition to their warm hearts, the facility is always clean.

Absolutely love the staff, the environment, and the flexibility. My 11 month old is happy at drop off and pick up. He’s bonded with multiple staff and freely gives them hugs. I appreciate the infant form that reports diaper changes, meals and quantity consumed, and every nap, as well as any observations. Feel very comfortable and confident leaving my infant with them.
