Papa John’s Pizza

Nice to order on line. Little hassle setting up account, but should be more convenient next order. Store appears clean and well maintained. Only waited a few minutes in the store. Ready in about 15 minutes. Back in the day u got two sauces with each pizza and more peppers. Quality pizza for a chain. Good crust. You pay a little more than the other chains.

It is Aug 29 2015 6:41PM I just went to PICKUP at this location and what I discovered discussed me so much that AFTER I paid for my pizza I LEFT it there. Register attendant came off the line, looked me right in the face and wiped his nose with his ungloved hand (nobody wore gloves) and took my money. Manager took his hand and removed extra sauce from the edge of pies. The floor was dirty from shrubbery coming in from outside. The overall cleanliness of this location was VERY POOR. I would not recommend eating at this location.

I went to the store placed a order. When I arrived the pizza was made wrong and the manager Eddie said I sorry about that. He made my order correct and gave me the messed up pizzas too. All of it was free of charge. The pizzas was great and had outstanding customer service! I understand mistakes happen it just of matter how they are handled is what is important to me. They were very friendly to me!

Ordered two pizzas for carry out. Email said it would be up to 25 minutes, but we drove over early anyway, and they were ready in just under 15 minutes! Both pizzas were made exactly as ordered (through the papa johns app) and tasted great! Staff was very friendly when we picked them up. :)

I live less than a mile away, received my email notification that it will be 30 – 40 minutes for delivery, and I’m still waiting after 50 minutes. If the roads were still icy, it’d be understandable, but when I call and they say it’ll be another 15 minutes, I’d rather just cancel and order from Dominoes instead. They deliver in 15 minutes. Get your shit together Papa John’s.

This location is absolutely terrible. Do not order from here. Two orders placed, two orders wrong. The latest one, we received a burnt flipping pizza, with the wrong order of breadsticks and no flipping NACHO CHEESE! Ridiculous. I called to complain, the manager couldn’t care less and stated I would probably like the garlic sticks better than the regular anyways. I wanted to tell her to shut her whore mouth and give me what I ordered, but I stayed classy. Order Dominos, they got their shit together. And to add to this fiasco, the delivery driver was given the wrong address bringing out our «corrected» order. Fucktards.

As someone who loves Papa Johns pizza… This place is a complete disappointment. The food is good, but the customer service is terrible.
I’ve ordered from there probably 10 times. At least 6 times, there has been something wrong with the order.
Now…one may ask why keep going back. It’s close. It should be easy. and like I said, the food is good when it is actually correct.
There have been numerous times that I didn’t get the correct order. Sometimes I didn’t get the correct sides. There have been two separate occasions in which the order took over an hour and a half. AN HOUR AND A HALF. And no… It wasn’t on Super Bowl Sunday.
One time — they forgot to bring me my 2 liter of Pepsi and breadsticks. Driver brought back cheese sticks and Mountain Dew. When I called him out on it being incorrect, he asked me, «um…well…will these be alright?»
Again…quality of good is good. Quality of service — terrible.

I am a fairly regular carry out customer to this location. More than 4 times, my order was incorrectly processed and had to wait for my pizza to be redone.
I felt they are not that courteous — a statement I am making after a series of interactions.
Pizzas taste good though.

Ordered online at 7:40pm, email confirmation said «30 – 40 minutes.» We live 0.7 miles away from this location. When we still hadn’t received our pizza at 8:32pm, we called and spoke Tony. His response was «Oh the driver left 10 or 15 minutes ago, he probably got lost.» REALLY? The pizza finally arrived at 8:38pm. 58 minutes after I placed my order. We ordered the Works minus peppers and onions, the ingredients were strewn haphazardly on the pizza (my boyfriend asked «did we get some toppings only on half of the pizza? It looks like the two halves are totally different.»). The cheese was COLD. The garlic butter was not melted anymore. We called them back and spoke to Jordan, the manager on duty. He apologized and offered to send another one, but obviously at 8:40pm I was very hangry (hungry + angry) and didn’t want to wait another 30+ minutes for another sloppy pizza. He was unable to refund my money, but offered credit for 2 free pizzas next time. If I wanted more crappy pizza that I am going to end up microwaving for dinner I would just buy a Totino’s pizza at Walmart. At least it would be ready faster!
I will definitely be ordering from DOMINOS next time! They never let me down, the pizza is better, they’re always faster than they estimate, and they have that awesome order tracker thingy.

This location used to be on Macarthur Blvd and Sandy Lake, before it moved next door to Market Street, north of 121 on Denton Tap. It’s a little farther drive than I would have liked, but ease of online ordering makes Papa Johns a no-​brainer when the pizza and wings craving hit. Brisk service at this location, and they seem to have a lot more business.

Not long ago I would have no choice but to drive at least 10 minutes to a store in order to enjoy some Papa John’s. I was outside the delivery zone of the two closest locations and neither would make an exception. With this new location I can finally enjoy the best delivery pizza without having to leave my house. After 4 years of wishing my prayers have finally been answered!
I called in a large order today in the height of the dinner rush. My order consisted of an extra large pizza, 32 wings and a dessert pizza. To my amazement they had my entire order ready in 20 minutes. Talk about efficient. And I can’t say enough about the super courteous staff. I was greeted right when I stepped in and they made sure I had all the pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese I needed. These guys are rock stars!
