Palio’s Pizza Cafe

Wow! That is all I can say! I love pizza and the pizza here has been the best pizza I have ever eaten! This place has totally replaced any other pizza places! The salad was just right! The pizza was made just with the right ingredients and not to heavy. The staff was amazing and the place very nice and well taken care of. I will definitely bring all my family and friends here.

Always. Check what u have ordered I ordered and asked for crush pepper and origano but the delivery guy came I asked dos u get and the answer was yes it’s inside but there was none and I we did not enjoy the pizza a bit and was waster of money
This is no standard service by default one gets crushed pepper but here post request rather getting extra got none and soiled the mood

Excellent pasta and pizza. BYOB is great. Nice settings. We love it. The food is the best. We can really taste the flavor and natural ingredients. Palio’s is a great place to eat. It’s one of the best Italian resturants that I’ve been to.

I used to really like this place. Wonderful space, the pizza and salads are good, but the customer service is hit or miss. Tonight I stood at the counter for what seemed like forever, long enough for the one young lady to take and complete a delivery order over the phone, and was never acknowledged!!! I was standing right in front of the cashier!!! FINALLY the girl who took the delivery order asked if I had been helped… um, no, no I haven’t.
When my pizza was ready, the girl handed me my pizza and immediately took a call. Then had the nerve to seem bothered when I asked for parmesan & peppers and literally tossed a handful on top of my pizza box!!! Not hand them to me, not ask me if I needed a bag, not even check to see if there was anything else I needed. I usually also get the garlic butter to dip, but I was so disgusted at this point!
I’m disappointed at this experience and hope it is corrected. And as long as I’ve been coming here (8 years mind you), it has NEVER been this bad. I don’t care how good the food is, customer service is KEY. And for the price, they need to get it together!

If I could give no stars I would. I have ordered from here before but today will be my last time. The delivery driver gave my food to someone else without verifying who he gave the food to. Then when I called him he told me he gave me my food… I called the restaurant back to horrible management that was not accommodating at all. They have the worst phone etiquette, and horrible customer service!!! I had to threaten to call the police to get them to agree to bring me my money. They did not offer me anything for the confusion.
Both individuals I spoke to were rude and obnoxious!!!

The dude answering the phone for deliveries is the most rude guy I’ve ever experienced. They have great pizza and the WORST customer service.

I’ve never been here and so far I don’t want to stay! I walked in wasn’t greeted or explained how it works here. Pissed me off! I worked all day and just need to get food in my son before I have to go back to work. Anyway! I said I wanted to eat here and the chick at the front said okay. Okay what?! What do I do?! Do I stay here and order or sit and you come get my order. I sat for 5 mins after I decided and then had to seek her out! Stupid!
You order at the registrar and then sit with you number… just a FYI that no one is going to tell you. It’s not like the place is busy either! NO ONES HERE!!! She could’ve said something. Now we’ll see how the food is. Pizza and a calzone. How hard can it right? Who knows!
Well it was okay. I’ve had better. Don’t like the sauce and there’s no cheese in the calzone! Won’t be back!

Pizzas always turn out great, they give free garlic & marinara sauce and there are many deals on groupon for you to use.

Never dined in, but always order pickup. Love the Vegetarian pizza! Delicious and fresh. :)

Great portions on every slice. And it’s BYOB. WHAT… CRAZY!!! The cashier needs to smile a little more unless she is the owners relative. Quiet, cozy, can be a romantic first date.

Excellent pizza, food is really good. I just moved here and I am glad I found the pizza place. We are there at least 2 – 4 times a week with my family.

Great quality pizza, but a bit too pricey. I had «TheKing», tasted amazing! Delivery has a $ 1.50 upcharge.

The pizza here is delicious. I’ve only been here a few times on the weekend and there’s hardly anyone here. Most of their business comes from the weekdays. But service is fast and pizza is hot!

Relative to the quality of the food the delivery was well worth the wait. We got the salad (forgetting name) starts with an S. Sedona salad I think? Deeeeelicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce that came with it was so awesome. We also got the baked spaghetti arrabbiata-​great! We loved both dishes.

This is my second time at this place and I’ll review by category.
Pizza:
I don’t wanna be unfair and say that it’s the best Pizza place around because I haven’t tried all the places in the area. But what I know is that the place has a nice selection of pizzas, which are «tasty» and authentic. Unlike the typical Pizza places in the U.S. where you only have two to three ingredients and you have to pay for extras, Palio’s selection already have more flavors, sauces, veggies beside the meat, which creates a second distinctive taste.
Salad:
they have a delicious salad with feta cheese and their own dressing.
Other:
I still haven’t tried their pasta and calzones but once I do, I’ll review.
Atmosphere:
I haven’t dined-​in yet but it looks very clean and cozy inside.
Service:
Very friendly guys behind the cashier.

Apparently the definition of «any» pizza is different at Palio’s than the world’s definition of «any». Your menu clearly states under Palio’s Special that «Buy any MEDIUM pizza at the regular price and get the second one for…6.99»
I asked the young lady taking the order if the special applied to my order of a gluten free pizza and another pizza. She confirmed yes so I ordered a medium gluten free Maria’s special and then ordered a second medium pizza. I was charged $ 28+ for both of them which I thought was high and addressed it when I picked them up. The gentlemen I spoke to said that the Special did not apply to my order. I asked why not and he said because I did not get a second pizza. He said I got an «other» pizza in addition to my gluten free pizza but not a second pizza. You can imagine how incorrect that sounds since my other pizza IS a second pizza. In fact I paid more for that FIRST pizza than most people do for a first pizza so the Special should have definitely applied. He refused to agree and charge me correctly.
Needless to say we will NOT be ordering from this Palio’s.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and it came out so yummy! We asked for it to be a little extra crispy and it came out perfect.

My wife and I often order delivery from here– it’s average delivery Italian food, fast, and it’s cheap. Absolutely what we want.
The reason why I give this place 1 star, will never order from again, and will tell everyone else I know to stop going to this place are the people who work there.
Tonight my wife and I ordered delivery as we normally do. We ordered two chicken parmigiana and a house salad. The girl taking my order tells me they upped the delivery charge, a bummer but understandable so I order another house salad, give them my credit card info and I’m done with it.
When my food comes I notice there’s only one chicken parm and unfortunately I don’t notice until the delivery driver drives away. No huge deal– I call then up and tell then they forgot part of my order. What happens next is why me or my friends will never eat at a Palio’s again.
I call up and the same girl answers. I tell her one of my chicken parms were missing. I guess she remembered me because she was immediately convinced she was right and I was wrong, I could even hear her telling her manager frustrated «I repeated the order.» I honestly don’t know which of us were wrong and I don’t care, that’s not how you do customer service. Never said sorry or had any remorse whatsoever, she just complained to her manager that she was right.
Whatever, I then ask her if I just order another chicken parm if I still have to meet the order minimum (because, you know, I wanted dinner). I hear her talking to her manager, again insisting she was right, and she comes right back and tells me very indignantly I’d have to meet the minimum again. No sorrow, just a big screw you tone.
I would have been happy to pay a delivery charge or whatever, I have no problem assuming I made the mistake but you have to still treat your customers right. Their utter contempt for their repeat customers who order from there about once a week means I’ll never order from them again.

Friendly service. Good pizza. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had but it was pretty good. I shared a medium pizza with two other people. That might not be enough to feed all three hungry people. I didn’t eat much because I felt sick from the sugar snow cone I had prior.
We had a Mediterranean pizza, came with artichoke, mushrooms, tomato, onion, and spinach. If you are a vegetarian, I highly recommend this. They are dog friendly and vegetarian friendly, also. I like it here!
