Helpful friendly staff. So far they’ve helped me by recommending Indiana Jones 2 for Wii instead of version 1, which crashes. Second, we thought we needed new Wii controllers since ours seemed to not work after a new battery. Before we bought new ones, they kindly asked if we reset our controllers before putting in the new batteries. Voila, we went home and are able to use our existing controllers!

Decent service at times, not so much at others. Some staff will disparage games that I am expressing an interest in when they may just not like the genre. I realize it’s easy to gauge some gamer’s interests, so I don’t knock it on that alone… For corporate policy, I think the«new» games sold off the shelf as opened, but new is specious at best, outright bait and switch in most cases. If it really is the last copy, then give me the«used» discount, as if it’s opened, I have no idea if it’s actually new or not beyond your say so. I don’t know if any codes or redemption coupons have fallen out or aren’t there and I don’t enjoy trying to pull off the sticky paper labels your staff put all over my nice clean game cases.

I agree, some of the nicest Gamestop staff I’ve ever met. Funny, too! Have always been helpful and honest about their opinions of games(even if it makes me decide not to buy the one I ask about). I’ve also been here for a few midnight releases and am usually in and out pretty quickly. Great store!

Nicest staff ever! they are super friendly and are truly there to help you and give you exactly what you are looking for. This is my favorite place to get all my videogame needs cuz i know i’m always getting the right product. a bit expensive, but they are videogames, so what do u expect haha
