This a review of the Gamestop Headquarters, since I ordered online. I am so unhappy with their service I will never shop from them again. I had ordered a vertical stand for the PS4 months ago — first they said they already sent it to me when they did not, then they said they had none available whatsoever. So I was asked if I wanted a refund or to have them send me a stand once they had some available; I chose for them to send me one when they have them back in stock. Months later and nothing shows up so I call customer service only for them to tell me they already refunded my money to me. Funny thing is my bank statements show no such action, and I never authorized them to do that. I wasn’t compensated for anything, instead told to just order another one online. Severely disappointed that with all the money I spend on games and gaming equipment they would steal 20 dollars for me and refuse to compensate anything. The number I called was 1−800−883−8895. Gamestop can consider themselves thieves. 0 stars for all the time I wasted trying to get that plastic stand to no avail.

This Gamestop is located in the Grapevine Mills Mall. It is small and usually has the new stuff but runs out of stock alot. You can not prepay and receive ordered items so if you are not there when the item comes instock your sol. Overall it is a nice store and prices are of any Gamestop location.

I love this location. It always has a great selection and a very friendly staff. I honestly drive from Dallas to go here!
