I have been getting my foot-​long subs here twice a week and they really need to train their employees better especially when it comes to cutting your sandwich. I always get my sandwichwith oil and vinegar and the employees never clean the knife which usually has tons of mayo on it.
Clean your knives.
Fourth time I’ve had to stop them before cutting my sandwich with A dirty knife.
Again clean your knifes.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. All the staff are rude, and they always mess up. All the want is your money even if it’s not what you asked for. This is the only subway I don’t go to even though it’s the closest one to me. Why can’t they hire anybody nice and hard working? Very dissatisfied

We have always come here the service is great people are friendly and patient. Today however I was annoyed by the service, ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 people started helping at the same time and could not wait for me to finish on one, the girl was throwing stuff around dropping things, the bread was breaking apart did not care to ask if we were eating in, no napkin in the pack. When I asked for napkins she gave me a lot, I returned some and she made a remark too little too much to her friends sitting down. Very very disappointed. I know it’s holidays and every one wants to have fun, left with a very bad feeling

Location is spot on and the service is always friendly. They also always have white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies available so that wins my heart anytime. It located next to a Market Street so you can go grocery shopping afterwards.

it’s subway! I eat it probably once a year but I like it! the previous review was geared toward the store down the street past 121 so please disregard it.
they do daily specials and have 5 dollar foot longs on certain subs. a nice little twist is the owner gives everyone a free mini-​chocolate chip cookie with your purchase! nice touch
I will be back in 6 months to a year!

I went here two times and found that this is a horrible location. Won’t be back and this is why…
1. They clearly make it known they don’t participate in the $ 5 national Subway promotions with a big sign inside. This tells me that they are more concerned about the money.
2. The service is slow, even with 4 people behind the counter.
3. The owner is rude and condescending. I watched him challenge a coupon the customer found in the newspaper for a discount (see comment 1).
4. The drive thru is slow.
5. I was overcharged by $ 2 on my bill (I wonder how often this happens per day?).
I’ll go to the MacArthur Blvd. location instead. This place is a joke.
