I went to this store in my time of need to get help on a Saturday, and they financially abused me by nearly $ 120 over what my items should have costed to ship. The owner was rude, and they have a sketchy policy of not keeping any UPS shipping labels in stock so that you have to pay extremely high retail shipping costs to their store only. Definately not a SERVICE center! Also, I attempted to work out the issue with the owner after the fact, and he argued with me and berated me on the phone for over 15 mins before hanging up on me. I’ve always had good experiences at other UPS Store locations in the past, but this franchise owner is a bad egg for sure. DONOTGOHEREIFYOUCANHELPIT!!!

Since this UPS store is right by me, I’d obviously prefer going here to mail stuff than the post office. But a nice staff at this location is an added bonus. I come here regularly for shipping and USAA deposits.
