You need red onions for people that don’t like white onions. This is the only reason I go somewhere else & only come here couple times a year.

food is mediocre at best. went twice. for something besides ice. got a justaburger, it was literally cold to the touch. called and spoke with a VERY nice manager. he wrote my info and said he would replace my meal. and here we are today. BACK at square 1. cold ass food. excuse my french. will NOT be going back. Anthony pushes this from the 1 star experience to a 2.

Some said better than In n Out, place reminds me of McDs or Burger King. Food wasn’t bad.

Great service and great food. I go there every once in a while after work so the people know me fairly well. Menu is simple and it’s not very busy so there’s always a nice seat. It takes longer than most fast-food establishments to receive my good but boy does it taste good! 4⁄5 stars.

I dont eat anything else here but biscuits and gravy!!! OMG! it’s so addicting! best when eaten after a night of drinking hahaha I usually get an extra biscuit because the gravy is too much for just one. Plus one is not enough to fill me up!!! piggy piggy

How do you rate a drive thru? Average I guess? The burgers are ok. I still like Wendy’s better.

People were nice but coming from California I am pretty biased when it comes to any fast food burger joint that isn’t In N’ Out. Probably won’t be going back. Burger wasn’t even mediocre.

Not very impressed w/the burger or the fries. Kind of a shame since the restaurant is so nice. Hopefully they turn it around, or maybe I was just here on an off day? But today’s burger & fries were not up to par. The burger was ok at best. And the fries looked like they were overlooked & tasted like grease & oil.

Clean and staff was friendly and pretty quick. I had the grilled chicken fajita. It was good but the flavoring was remarkably non-Mexican or TexMex. I expected it to be a little more in line with spicy TexMex, but it had a strange, almost Italian, seasoning. A good amount of chicken and a nicely grilled tortilla but not quite what I expected. Bathroom was clean, which is always a good sign of the overall cleanliness.

Visited on opening week and noted at the time that service and menu knowledge was unreliable. I had to enunciate my standard Whataburger order 5 times at the drive-thru and my cashier still couldn’t get my order right at the drive-up window.(How hard is it to comprehend wanting extra onions on my burger?) I chalked it up to opening week shakedown run and didn’t go back until this week. This time I ordered an A1 Thick & Hearty burger and a Chop House Burger. I asked my order taker if the burgers came with pickles(since I didn’t want them on there); she came back saying she had to check. Still disappointed that their staff isn’t familiar with what they’re selling, especially for being a home-grown Texas chain. My regular A1 burger came with 2 thin patties adorned with a slice of American cheese, not-so-crispy bacon, chopped onions and… you guessed it… A1 Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce. This burger has a rabid following among steak sauce lovers, but alas, I’m not a fan of A1, and I thought the dressing way too oppressive for the burger. Barely ate half of it. My Chop House regular seemed reminiscent of the A1: 2 patties, not-so-crispy bacon, over-grilled chopped onions, melted cheddar cheese and creamy A1. This one actually tasted better because of the tamer A1 sauce and the flavor profile somewhat reminded me of Jack in the Box’s Ultimate Cheeseburgers. I miss the greasy burgers from the truckstop-style Whataburgers; this location doesn’t seem to put out the same 2am-quality that I’m familiar with. It also seems out of place parked in front of a Market Street, where you can be sure the average patron lives in the neighboring medio-upscale ‘hood. At least I can say it’s a whole lot better than In-n-Out.

Not the best whataburger out there. The inside is very dull compared to others and the workers are pretty awkward because its new. I’d recommend going to the one in irving if you have to time. the food is good as always tho.

Food is consistent, hot and fresh. They brought the Chop House Chedder Burger back… yummy 2 all beef patties(never frozen) topped w/grilled onions bacon smothered in creamy cheddar sauce and steak sauce. But hurry up and get your chop house fix because it’s only offered now through august 2 This location is brand new and shares a lot connected to Market Street. Traffic can be a little crazy at rush hour so maybe pull out and exit through the back not off of 121 service road FYI
