Scott’s Funeral Home made the funeral of my sister-in-law go so smooth. Daren was a huge help: was kind, comforting and answered all of our questions. I have nothing but good things to say about Scott’s.

Like the previous poster, I too started with Crawford Bowers. It only took a phone call to tell me they werent right for me and therefore I went to Scott’s. From the moment I walked in and talked with David, it just felt right. I later met with Ronnie and again, it felt right. They were sincere, gentle, and very accommodating. When it came time to choose plots, Ronnie made sure we were able to do what we wished. I’ll forever cherish these people, for at my worst; they were truly there to help make things easier.

Although funeral homes aren’t usually Unilocaled, I felt compelled to do so after our experience in Copperas Cove laying my brother to rest. My brother’s widow and I had had a heart wrenching experience not only with his death but meeting with the first funeral home for his arrangements. We left that home, Crawford Bowers, in tears and despair. We found Scott’s funeral home online. They met with us with compassion, dignity and respect. They listened to us as we spoke about my brother and helped us tailor the funeral arrangements and service in a manner that totally honored my brother and reflected his personality. There was no pressure or exploitation of the situation we had felt at the other funeral home. We were able to leave in peace and leave my brother resting in eternal peace.

Flags finally ordered to half staff for the fallen Service Members in Chattanooga, 3 days later the flag outside Scott’s Funeral Home is still flying high. I drive past this place everyday and it’s so disappointing to see such carelessness.
