Fancy Pans

Stopped here on our way home from Murphys-​what a find. A well stocked kitchen store, a knowledgeable and friendly proprietor Donna, and an unhurried pleasant shopping experience. Finally found my citrus microplane tool I’ve been looking for!

I love kitchen stores. Not stores that sell kitchens, but the ones that sell cookware and kitchen gadgets. Love them.
I found a new kitchen store to add to my list of «must stop by again sometime» shops. Fancy Pans. The store is located in the new Copperopolis Town Square off of Highway 4. The owner, Donna, was present the day I stopped by for a visit. It was evident what pride she takes in offering quality kitchen and food items. Le Creuset, Wustoff and Barefoot Contessa among the wares.
I found several things that I would love to purchase, but I’ve been trying to be good and only buy gifts for those family and friends on my Christmas list. We’ll see how long I can hold out. ;)
Donna was very helpful and not at all overbearing or pushy, despite the fact that I was the only customer in the shop at the time. She answered my questions and provided friendly service.
