Asked the staff for my food of the broiler and the entire order was uneatable. I made sure to ask for no Mayo and no Ketchup to make sure it gets done of the broiler and still they did not! The only person here that follows up on the orders to be done right is Ericka. This gal Ericka needs a promotion or a raise seriously. The rest have bad customer service, they roll their eyes at you when you request food of the broiler as if an inconvenience to do their job.

Amazing! This is the best BK in the area right now. Food is as asked for and has browns are crispy. The Bk on 57th Ave and 7stNW should take a few lessons from here! Come here regularly

There are some fast food joints that have you asking yourself, «How do they do it?». I placed a large order for my whole family and customized several of the items. I was worried the order would be unwelcomed because of how complex it was… but i was WRONG! The cashier was incredibly gracious and was thorough in making sure he took down my order accurately. Before I even got the chance to get our drinks together and take a seat, the server called out my number and had a smile on his face as he handed me my order. These folks are nice and they seem to really care. The store appeared to be kept clean and has certainly made me a fan! Pretty excited about the new oreo shake they have and will be back there soon with my nieces(who adore the burger king crowns the cashiers always hand us). THANKSBURGERKING!

Burger King was right beside our hotel. Walked in here for a Strawberry Banana Smoothie. Employees were confused and disorganized. Why did it take so long for one item? The restaurant wasn’t all that clean. The smoothie was completely watered down and I’ll probably never order that drink again. I agree with Unilocalers Albert M and David G.

Been here twice, yes i know… Why did I return after the first? Well I thought maybe it was just a bad day for these BK employees… Guess Not… This place is awful. The manager needs to get his employees in check and tell them to be professional at all times including eliminating the screaming that goes on from the kitchen to the front cashier about everything NOT related to Burger King or the customers orders. Food quality sucked really bad. I brought it home and my family noticed this food was not from the usual BK i visit. Food was old, the mushroom toppings(whih was new at the time) tasted like it was sitting there all day with a burnt taste. The other burgers topping were all the same as well. Overall, customer service experience is horrible, and food quality is horrible. I will not return to this location again. Although this is the closest BK to my house, I will drive a few more minutes the one on 57th Ave &7th Street.

Horrible product. I am stuck in Best Western MIA airport. Dropped in BK for first ever breakfast there. Like StarBucks they offer oatmeal. Like McD they offer ice coffee. It took 15 min to get my order. The oatmeal was like cool mud! Horrible. The ice coffee was brown water. no ice and had to trash it. Horrible place. Stay away.
