I love their burgers. Great service as well, too bad they can’t receive tips because the people who work there definitely deserve it.

Food was great! I had the Veggie Fi burger and the banana shake. Also tried the onion rings. Loved the taste of the burger and loved feeling the real pieces of banana inside the smoothie. I just didn’t like how small the burger was and how greasy the onion rings were. The people were very attentive. Constantly picking up our trays. My sister loved that her dog did not have to stay home. Restaurant is in a nice location. We did hate that there was an entire family smoking right next to our table but that’s not really something they can control I suppose. All in all, I recommend!

This place is located near my job in miracle mile, I had always seen it but never called my attention until I was craving something greasy and decided to give it a try. Their prices are very reasonable, and the costumer service is excellent. I rated it five stars because for what you pay and for the type of food you get treated so nicely. 3 different employees came up to me. The cashier was very helpful and nice and asked if it was my first time there. I ordered a cheese burger and the Parmesan fries (small) and I was surprised of how quickly I got my food, also one of the employees brought me the food which I thought was nice because this I a kinda place were you are supposed to pick up the food. I sat outside because it was a nice weather day and enjoyed the view. The outside seating is a nice feature. Also while I was eating another employee came to offer me a sample of ice cream which it was super cool. The ice cream is great by the way. Also for it being the «small «portion of fries it brought a lot ! So much I couldn’t finish it. They also have one of those neat fountain drink machines with the many extra flavor Sodas and touch screen. The only thing I didn’t like about this place was the bathroom, since is only one you have to wait of someone is in it, also there is no paper towel to wash your hands only a electric new drier which I don’t really like. I’m not sure if the service was that good because they knew it was my first time or because that’s how they are. I will be coming back forsure

Excellent fresh food, clean and good ambient to share with friends. …the Burgers are phenomenal… I tried the Conflicted Burger that came with one beef and veggie burger and was so delicious. The veggies fresh. the French fries incredibly delicious, I ate all… just in the middle of Miracle Mile. .perfect spot. …Will be back many time times for sure! …

The burgers are good but it seem a bit overpriced for what is close to a fast food restaurant. An over I sweetened lemonade + fries+ a double burger was almost $ 15

I wasn’t in the mood to cook, and I decided to invite my sister n’ law for some burgers in the Gables area. I visited the Aventura location before, but since I needed to buy books at Barnes and Nobles I went to this location. I have a very finicky son, he want a a plain double burger with cheese. I order a conflicted burger which consists of a juicy natural Angus patty, a veggie patty, american and white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and Burgerfi sauce. I told them I needed pickles and onions also. I got an order of Cry n’ Fries (onion rings and french fries. The wait time is longer than other burger joints because all cooked food and shakes are cooked to order. I really enjoyed the burger, I could taste the freshness of the meat, crispy added vegetables. Fries and onion rings were crispy and hot. I can’t really complain about the food it was good. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and in a burger and shake mood.

Healthy, clean, fast, well served burgers on Miracle Mile. Simply Miami’s best burgers

I’m a big fan of Shake Shack, and walking by this place last night, stopping in on a lark, I’m happy to have found another burger place that sticks to the basics.
I ordered a double with white cheddar, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, and hot sauce. I’ll tell you, it’s not for the faint. The grease absolutely SOAKED through the paper. Remember that episode of The Simpsons where Homer is trying to gain a bunch of weight to go on disability and work from home, and his test for whether or not something is fattening enough is to rub it against a wall to see if it makes the wall translucent? Well, these would totally pass the test.
This is a good thing. Sometimes, you just want a greasy burger.
Fries, think you should share them. They’re not served to Five Guys proportions, but honestly, the burger is enough. You don’t want to waste valuable stomach space on ancillary things.
Juice, stacked as high as you want, and a greasy mess. Love these things.

Burgers are ok but the real stand out is the staff. They are slow, uninvolved, rude and seemingly don’t care about customer service. I’ve been to BurgerFi several times and haven’t bothered to write a review because let’s face it there are tons of burger joints so instead of complaining I can just go somewhere else. They have a good wine special so against our better judgement my wife and I thought we’d try it one more time.
The person running the register lived up to our expectation and was slow, stupid, and screwed up the order. Again these things happen but at BurgerFi it must he a hiring criteria that your IQ can’t be higher then your shoe size because they are consistently poor at their job. So when our cheese burgers arrived without cheese I thought perhaps they could fix it without issue. I was wrong.
The cook decided to get involved and decided to yell at us, shake her head, and give us attitude for some unknown reason. I watched her make it, every step to make sure she didn’t spit in our food but assure you she would have had I not watched her.
Never go here!

We’ve always had amazing service at the Aventura location, so we were curious about their Coral Gables Miracle Mile restaurant. Everything was excellent as usual.
Service was super friendly and helpful. All our food came out as ordered even with the special requests.
I like ordering the simple cheeseburger $ 6.97. It stays together for the most part even with the two burger patties, two cheese slices, lettuce, and tomato. I used to order the Breakfast All Day Burger, but it got too messy to eat for me. However, the rest of the family are still huge fans.
If you’re going to order the «BAD» Breakfast All Day Burger, I would recommend requesting the hashbrowns AND bacon to be made extra crispy. Same with the fries. We order the fries «Urban Style» extra crispy with aioli on the side. It comes with a generous amount of Parmesan cheese and parsley. Love the parsley.
If you’re wondering if two people can finish the «bucket of fries,» then yes, yes they can.

First things first I’ve been in here several times and the customer service is always great. As for the burgers; I love them. They remind me of Wendy’s but so much better. They always tend to be on the greasy side but I imagine you could ask them to pad it out a bit if you wanted. The vegetables are fresh and the potatoe buns are soft. You can get most burgers for under $ 10.The fries are also very delicious and will make anyone on a diet cry.
If you don’t want a burger you could always go for a hotdog, which they have.

Der Burger war bei weitem nicht das was ich mir von den vorherigen Bewertungen erwartet hatte. Er war lapprig und wurde auf einem Plastiktablett serviert. Da gibt es wesentlich bessere Burger in der Stadt! Gut war, dass wir uns draussen zum Essen hinsetzen konnten. Auch das Stadtviertel ist sehr nett.

I came here for lunch with my brother and I must admit I was very happy with the burgerfi cheeseburger! It wasn’t messy! It surprisingly stayed in place! We also ordered the truffle fries! I was a little disappointed with the French fries! They look better than they actually taste! My fries were not crispy at all! They were very soggy!
I will defiantly come back to try another cheeseburger if I’m ever in the area! The service was also really fast which is great because we were both in a rush! Everything was great but the fries!

A burger joint without a fried egg burger just isn’t a burger joint. Luckily Burgerfi knows whats up. Even though the fried egg was tempting, i went a different route.
I ordered a conflicted burger with fries and a craft. The conflicted is a double patty burger, one of them being a veggie patty. I’m carnivorous as fudge but i was really curious about the mix. I try new things… for you… Unilocal strangers.
The burger was no disappointment. Maybe the 4^th best burger i’ve had — which is pretty good considering that it was half hippie. I don’t recall having been to a burger place that brands their buns… but it is a really nice touch! The fries aren OK — the BBQ sauce i ordered on the side kinda sucked. The burger took about 5 minutes to make its way to me which was pretty good considering they seemed kinda busy.
There isn’t much else to be said, it’s just a burger place. If you want a good burger on the mile but aren’t looking for the snobby snob gables vibe, stop by burgerfi and cut 6 months from your lifespan. Then, make your way over to small tea and act like a hipster.

I rarely give five stars, like literally everything had to be perfect but in all honesty I was so pleasantly surprised I can’t help it despite the lack of comfortable seating. I got the conflicted burger (I believe that’s what it’s called) and it was half hamburger and half veggie burger. It was so delicious. The veggie burger added a much welcome texture and «Sazon» to the burger itself. The onion rings were not only massive, but quite literally the best onion rings I’ve ever had. They were crispy and had delicious flavor. I wish I would’ve nixed the fried and stuck with just onion rings. I will most definitely be back, and am so excited that there is now one closer to my home in naples.

Good customer service, good value. Adam very nice explain everything about the menu. They come around and ask if everything is ok, you don’t see that in other burger restaurants.

Of the gourmet burger chains, BurgerFi has to be my favorite! In addition to the one in the Gables, I’ve been to a couple other BurgerFi locations and walk away not feeling ripped off. Unlike «regular» burger chains, their TV’S show actual programming instead of just a commercial loop of their products. Thus, it has a semi sports bar vibe (the only bad thing was that at least last night it meant having to see LeTraitor in the basketball game :/​As in other visits, the cashier on duty actually smiled and was chatting with the patrons. Oh, by the way, how many fast food restaurants have a boozy menu too?
Besides their huge fries — nicely sized and not overly salty — which I dipped in sweet BBQ sauce, I ordered their B.A.D, burger. That’s bad not meaning bad, but bad meaning Breakfast All Day. This is a juicy burger patty with cheese, bacon a fried egg and a sprinkling of maple syrup which made my dinner. The balance of tastes between sweet and meat has made this patty my favorite. I am holding back one star because last night’s order seemed to skimp a little on the maple. Here’s looking forward to more next time.

Just about the best fries in Miami. I am hesitant to say they are tops (haven’t tired them all yet) but I can’t recall a better batch of deep fried potato sticks! Crispy and crunchy, salty and steaming hot. Not too greasy that your fingers are drenched but not so dry that you would think they are air cooked either. Skin on and ready for ketchup.
I also go the Quinoa burger. That was tasty too. I have gotten them frozen in Publix before and they have been hard and dry like hockey pucks. Not so with these. Comes with cheese, tomato and lettuce on a whole wheat bun. It was moist and totally eatable.
Rounded things out with a Coke Zero with Vanilla from the Coke Freestyle Machine. Not a bad lunch at all!

I ordered the Burger Fi cheeseburger, which is a double patty with American cheese. The burger was juicy and delicious! Together, the fresh ingredients (crisp lettuce, cool tomato) and special sauce were a great combo, which complemented the burger perfectly. It reminded me of the burgers my mom made during my childhood! Plus, as a ketchup FANATIC, it’s a true testament to the great B-​Fi flavor, that I never used any ketchup whatsoever. That was a first! Plus, with its convenient location on Miracle Mile, this could be my local go-​to place when I crave a good burger. Kudos!
My only criticism is the price. I ordered the cheeseburger by itself (no fries, onion rings, extra toppings or a drink) and my total was just over $ 6.50. That’s a bit pricey… truthfully. It’s a splurge but worth it on occasion.
