Espectacular el sabor, la variedad, la atención y lo mejor de todo: el precio. Muy recomendado absolutamente todo del menu

Went to celebrate a good friends birthday with my husband. We had an amazing night. The music, and flamenco dancers were mesmerizing. The Cava white Sangria was delicious and so refreshing. The Food was fabulous. Definitely going back!!! Need to get some flamenco moves so I can perform it for my husband.

The food was AMAZING. The portions were large. Most things are $ 22, including my skirt steak that was cooked to perfection. The sangria was the most refreshing ive ever had. My mom got a fish dish that came with creamy risotto surrounded with clams and HOLYSHIT. This was hands down, the most delicious thing I have ever put in my mouth. I ended up eating that whole dish while she ate the Mahi Mahi portion. My brother and dad got what was essentially a Cordon Bleu. The ham was maple glazed and they used Manchego cheese inside. The sauce poured over the whole thing was sweet and must have been made with honey and the whole thing together was an explosion of flavor. This place was absolutely great. The flavors were complex, portions large, not overpriced for such a nice restaurant. The show at the end was incredible as well. 100% recommend this place to everyone. Would visit again.

Great ambiance! Loved the food, especially the fabadas asturianas. The service is good. Only been during the buffet though. Overall: really good. Can’t wait to go on a Thursday. They have a live show

Visited Cava last night with some friends; enjoyed the food and the Tablao Flamenco show; our waitress Tamara was very attentive; we had the Paella de Mariscos which was very good and lots of Sangria.

Beautiful cave-like ambience with good lighting. The performers get 5 stars as they really feel the music and were total professionals. The only thing I didn’t like was that after the show they go around the tables selling their CD. The show costs $ 10pp and is already included in the bill. It’s a very nice place for a special occasion ONLY(in my opinion) due to the concert/show vibe the restaurant has. We had a variety of their tapas and were DELICIOUS the only item in the menu I don’t recommend is their filet mignon, it was dry and not very tasty(our party ordered 3 so can’t be a coincidence). Churrasco was on point. Paella was OK. Service was good.

Went to cava with a group of good friends last week, the food was good, we all had the fried fish for appetizer and the sea food paella which was freshly made, well seasoned and flavors right on point !!! They also offer a flamenco show, which wasn’t overwhelming in my opinion. I also didn’t like the fact that they go around the tables asking for tips when they already have a cover charge for the show.

The place has a great atmosphere, good service, food and well priced. The live flamenco show is phenomenal!!! The only complaint was that the Unilocal promotion 10% discount was not honored the server said it was expired. It doesn’t show any expiration date. No big deal it was a fun night.

This was my first visit to CAVA. I took a close friend of mine to experience the ambience at 1pm. Yes it was very authentic. We began with an absolutely delicious and refreshing pitcher of white sangria full of apples and small bits of lemons and oranges. We approached their tapas Buffet and served ourselves Serrano ham, Manchego cheese, olives, sweet pimento peppers in vinaigrette and salad greens. My friend had mussels and calamari in vinaigrette as well as olives and sweet pimento peppers. Afterwards I decided to have a very hearty white bean soup containing plentiful chorizo, morcilla and ham. Their lunch buffet was very plentiful for a cost of $ 12.95 per person. The white sangria pitcher gave us 6 glasses of wine for a $ 25. We finished with dessert having crema Catalana(Spanish crème brûlée) but we also went out on a limb tasting a dessert we had never tasted before. I ordered«torta de leche de cabra con jalea de tomate». Yes Spanish speakers you read correctly this was a cheesecake made of goats milk with a drizzle of tomato preserve. I have never read a desert that sounded so incredibly horrible taste so out of this world astoundingly flavorful and tasty. This desert combo cost $ 11. Of course we finished off with Cuban coffee, and the total with tax and gratuity came out to $ 80. This didn’t include the tip we gave to the three Spanish troubadours that came by to sing while we enjoyed our lunch. Will I visit again? Certainly! Next time I plan to visit and enjoy their«tablao» flamenco evening show with food ala carte. Buen provecho y’all.

Came here mostly for the Flamenco dancing & music show but enjoyed the Spanish food too. The tapas plate with octopus and potatoes was excellent! Also the plate with Iberian ham & Manchego cheese was so tasty! We drank the house red Tempranillo wine which was a great choice. The service was good and the dancers were real lookers. What a great time we had! Would come back again.

Went for lunch on a Friday afternoon where it was 13 bucks a person for the buffet. Not bad price for the type of food. However, service was non existent. We sat at the table right next to the bar and he still only came maybe once to clear the clutter of plates and to give us water. Had to flag him down for refills about 3 times. Food was good for the most part but the seafood lacked some flavor. My in laws like it so that’s why we come here for lunch when we’re in town. But it’s probably one of the better places for the buffet price

Great place to get authentic Spanish cuisine! The flamenco show is excellent, the sangria is wonderful, and the staff is professional. I have been here twice already and will come back.

If you are looking for something different to do, Cava is the place to go! It was so much fun! The food was great, the sangria was delicious and the Flamenco show is everything. It’s the best show I have seen in Miami. Wow! I can’t wait to go back! One thing to note is that there is no free parking close by so you are kind of obligated to use their $ 7 valet services. Also there is a cover charge of $ 10 per person for the Flamenco show. We went on a Saturday night and had reservations for 7 pm. The places was full capacity still the food came out fast and the service was good.

I absolutely hate a bartender that doesn’t pay attention. Walks by you and totally ignores the customers at the bar not cool

Excellent place to have a great dinner and enjoy a flamenco show. The food had a rich flavor… simply delicious. We highly recommend the seafood paella. The flamenco show was very entertaining.

I’m surprised this place only has 3 stars!!! I had a great experience at cava with my friends. The night started with us waiting for valet parking which literally took forever. Cava needs to work on this, asap. Minus 1 star. The venue itself is extremely reminiscent of being in Spain! It’s so cozy and it feels like you’re inside a cave like building with little Spanish tiles and Mediterranean style black chandeliers. It has a great ambiance and all the tables are around the stage. You pretty much have a good view from anywhere. It’s a super romantic spot. The food was so delicious! We started off with the mixta which is basically a platter of chorizo, Serrano ham and manchego. It also came with olives and a fat piece of tortilla. The tortilla was perfection! The taste and texture was so good, it wasn’t like a mushy bland tortilla. It was almost like you could individually taste the ingredients but they also came together so perfectly. The pimientos rellenos de bacalao(cod stuffed red peppers) was delicious. We also ordered theories garbanzos and garlic shrimp. Delicious!!! The squid was also ordered but I didn’t try it because I’m not a fan but I heard it was good. I was really impressed by the show. The singers and flamenco dancers were great!!! I almost felt like I was back in Madrid. They interact with the audience. They really put on a show for you. The whole experience just felt very authentic as a whole and I can’t wait to return.

We pulled up to this establishment and were told to come back at 10:00 to park. Mind you we came at 9:50. I have never in my life came to a restaurant and was told to come back especially with plenty of parking spots available. We come back at 10:00 to have this poor excuse of a man fight with my driver(a woman) to tell us to park else where. My other guest had their cars parked and had their doors left open and lights on. Valet SUCKS!!! The beginning of our experience was a mess to begin with. So after we had to walk a few blocks, we came for my mothers bridal party. We were a party of 12+. You would think a party with so many people would be greeted better since the place was not full. The service was slow and had to remind the waitress over and over about my guest plates and drinks. Our waitress was friendly and nice but maybe she was overwhelmed and had lack of training. The show was amazing and so was the décor. It made u feel like you were right in Spain. I had the chicken and shrimp and it was fab!!! This place has so much potential. They just need to train the staff with better customer service. Overall, the valet was HORRIBLE! The staff was really friendly. The service was slow. The food was good. But the show was AMAZING! Next time I’ll come for sangria and the show only!

Olé!!! This restaurant is very inviting and cozy. Love the Spanish architecture and décor. I came here for my birthday celebration. I had a reservation for thirteen people. They have the capacity for large parties, and they offered me the best table in the house to see the flamenco show at it’s best. Let’s go over the the service, food, and the show of course. The waiter to our table of thirteen was slightly disoriented to say the least. He didn’t greet us or introduced himself which I thought was rude. It seemed that his only concern was to shove menus and rushed us to order. He kept insisting in getting us food without allowing us to think for ourselves and order what we wanted. His remarks, «oh it’s $ 20 minimum for food». It’s obvious that we were going order and definitely try the various dishes but felt uncomfortable with my guests the way he was just concerned about how much money we were spending instead of providing quality customer service. Moving forward, we order tapas because I took the advice from other Unilocalers that is the route to go in this place. I have to say that each appetizer we got was delicious and freshly made. We order the calamari, shrimp, and fried fish bites. I also took a bite from one of my friends paella. omg! delicious! No one at my table complaint about the food, other than the inept waiter that only cared about making his money. Oh, he forgot to bring two appetizers that we order at the beginning but guess he was too caught up in just rushing and not paying attention. We had to remind him to bring out and he kept checking his receipt book questioning that we ordered them. yes! officially wanted to ask for a different waiter. Everyone else in the restaurant seemed happy with their waiters and service, except us, stuck with this douche bag that had no clue how to provide quality service. Not to forget about the main attraction the flamenco show. One word, Amazing! I have to say that after seeing the show I forgot about the moron«waiter». The dancers are professionals and they are experts in the art of flamenco, we were all impressed with their flamenco skills. The show seemed a little short but I guess it was because we did the 10:00pm show which actually starts at 11:00pm. Overall, we definitely enjoyed the tapas, suggestion for all, just tried them all, you won’t be disappointed. The prices are slightly high for food portions but not bad. The service I guess depends in who you get, hopefully not our waiter which can’t recall his name because he never introduced himself. Description: Tall, guessing from his accent Spaniard, and arrogant, you can’t miss him. Any who, the show was spectacular! definitely a good place for celebration and drinking. I had a great experience and will definitely go back, with my luck hopefully not with the same waiter. :)) PS: The sangria pitchers are excellent! good price! Ask for the drink menu.

The atmosphere was nice, but everything else was lacking. The food, while good, didn’t blow my mind. The service, while not unfriendly, felt crass and rushed. And, I hate to say it, but I wasn’t wowed by the flamenco show(that cost an extra $ 25/couple). Note that I don’t think the band or dancers were unskilled; rather, it just wasn’t my cup of tea. All in all, it was an overpriced experience. I had an ok evening, but I wouldn’t do it again.

I went for lunch with a few family members for my momma’s birthday. They serve a lunch buffet for $ 10 pp. Not a bad deal. But not the best lunch deal in town. Unless, of course, it’s all about quantity over quality. I admit, I’m not big on buffets. My husband, on the other hand, can do some major damage. So he totally makes up for me. On this day, I really did not find much that I was interested in. I chose some Manchego cheese. A bit of rice and the meatballs which were pretty good. The mushrooms al ajillo were really nice as well. My husband enjoyed everything that he ate, but I really don’t remember what he had. I recall that he had some shrimp and that made him happy. We all shared a pitcher of yummy and well prepared sangria. All the food was ok. Not great but good for a lunch buffet. The Crema Catalana was excellent though! I mean, lick the bowl excellent. If there weren’t so many people around, I absolutely would have! The interior is reminiscent of many restaurants in Spain. The staff is friendly and efficient. No complaints at all. Dishes were cleared and water refilled promptly. The tip is included on your check, so lunch is about $ 12 total. Not counting drink & dessert. Absolutely beats MickeyD’s for lunch.
