I’m not overly impressed with their costumer service. I brought in an obviously defective piece of jewelry purchased at Chico’s. Every possible solution I suggested, the response started with «The problem with that is …» Not a happy costumer today.

Just returned from Merrick Park Chico’s and could not believe that not one salesperson can speak English !! Wow give us all a break. Hire some english speaking sales staff. Called headquarters in Ga and just spoke to Gissette. Lets see if this even helps. Good luck and donot forget your english to spanish book.

I was helping a woman shop… and between this Chico’s and the one on Lincoln Road, this one is bigger and better. There’s more things on stock, more variety, and more clothes on sale.
Also, there’s a black Brazilian lady from the Amazon there that worked in the afternoons — she’s awesome! So friendly, supportive, and such a diligent worker with a good taste. If she’s around when you go, then you’re in luck — she has been a big help!
