I’m a die hard Jugo Fresh fan… My husband and I have been getting their bowls for at least once a week for a year now. We were stoked when the one in Coral Gables opened up because it was so close to us. When we saw that it closed we were bummed but the consolation was that it was opening up in Whole Foods! The space is beautiful and it’s great to see such an amazing company in a place where they will be seen by new faces– but man… It’s not the same! We’ve gone three times now and each time there has been something missing. No dates, no kale granola, can we please substitute– which is totally aok because they are just getting settled in a new spot. But today instead of getting bananas in the Acai Verde– there were raw PLANTAINS! Quite the bitter bite! I’ll always be a Jugo fan! And will keep on getting my favorite bowl– but might stick to the Wynwood location until this one finds its bearings!

Strawberry niño is my fave ready to go smoothie & it is usually sold out. I also enjoy the Limonada Negra & Summer Chia. I’m a bit health restaurant obsessed currently but really cant find much else here at the moment that I like so I only stop by here when I’m in the area for another reason. One major thing I dont care for at Jugo fresh are the ‘formulas & powders’ you can add. I understand they might be optional in freshly made drinks but I can’t try alot of things that are premade with them already in it. I prefer all fresh, unprocessed fruits, veggies, herbs, nuts, & seeds only!
