Teavana

I love iced tea. Sadly most restaurants serve tea made from syrup or if it actually brewed it is stale half the time. This place however changes everything! You can choose from a million varieties and the barista will help you decide then they will prepare it for you how you choose. This is my new favorite spot.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! The guys working there are so knowledgable and helpful. The gave me samples of a sugar I was interested! The helped me pick the PERFECT tea pot. AND they wrapped up my purchase in a beautiful box, regardless of the fact it was just for me!!! I wish I could remember these guys names cause they were awesome!!! I will keep going back!!!

Love working in a mall where there is a Teavana! Stuffs pricey but I dont really care, I religiously stopped by every time I came to work for a cup of hot or iced tea and then I began buying loose leaf as well as a tumbler to make tea on my own. The staff is friendly and every single one knows their stuff! Great place and delicious assortment of tea.

Tea samples… HOLLA! Or should I say if you are trying the chai, namaste.
Teavana is well… the same everywhere.
The staff is well… usually pretty hard sellers. They must all be subjected to the corporate training. So it was a breath of fresh air that this staff was, dare I say, laid-​back. They didn’t follow us to every tea tasting station, and only mentioned something if we actually expressed interest.
Samples! This store had about 7 tea samples, which is a lot for a Teavana location!
There were… sales? The mark-​up is so significant here that it just never ceases to amaze me. But, there were actually some tea strainer bottles that were 50% off making them actually reasonably priced!
I also love their tea, can’t negate that fact! Drink on fellow tea lovers.

Went there because we had such a wonderful experience at the store in Boca and it was very dissapointing. First since the store is owned by Starbucks we wanted to use our account to pay and obtain points. This was almost impossible as the store has no WiFi and the cell reception is non-​existent. Of course, we realized this after being rung up at the register. We went outside to get our phone on the pay sku and when we returned the clerk was helping another customer. She tried to juggle between us and only made it worse. Later we find out that they had iced our tea. We had ordered two teas with no mention of ice. We had to wait for the hot tea. We should have tasted it before leaving the store because they had not timed it right and the tea was very bitter. All in all, this store should not be allowed to rob customers of their money. They should call it a day and close their doors.

Just figured out a Teavana opened up nearby. Love it. Cute and quaint, meets all my necessities and all the associates are more than willing to assist.

The staff told me that this place has opened for over a year, surprisingly there is no review yet?
I love seeing a Teavana as it means tea sample. Lots of it! Perfect for a little break while shopping. Usually they have two samples out by the door and as you wander in they have a few more here and there. Some on a little burner to keep it warm.
Honestly, I always feel that the tea at Teavana is way overpriced, and that I’m paying more for mall rent than the tea itself. However, as a tea lover I do appreciate the chain helping to promote tea drinking. They also have a very nice selection of teaware: tea cups, tea pots, etc, that will make for excellent gifts. Therefore, if you shopping for something special for a tea lover, stop by here and get them a little something or a gift card here, they would love it (and you)!
And oh, they do sell their tea by the cup, hot or cold. Not bad if you need some refreshment and don’t feel like sitting down at a café (or at other locations, brave the food court.)
