If I could give 0 stars I would, at first I was content with the service some issues with first order, it took a little longer than explained on website and got two random shirts in my order but still went ahead and sent my second order, two of my work shirts, and a pair of pants went missing, went ahead and contacted them. They said they found the shirts and would contact me, never did sent another email saying I was canceling and got an email saying they would so something once again nothing was done at this point I have cancelled subscription and emailed about 3 – 4 times but I am out 2 work shirts and a pair of pants that I loved. Go elsewhere for your wash and fold! Very cool concept, but dismal customer service

They sent back my first wash and fold order with stains on SEVEN different shirts. I liked the concept so much I bought a monthly package and they won’t even refund that, let alone help with or admit to causing the damages.
Customer service is non existent; I’ve left multiple messages on their machine but they never pick up or return your calls.

I DO NOT recommend using this service. More below but the quick version: terrible (almost no) communication. Did not meet time frames. Sent shirt to wrong location very late. Charged even after they offered a $ 10 first use credit because system didn’t work properly.
Longer version: was visiting from Canada. Gave in a shirt 6 days before I left Miami. First the pick up the next day was good other than putting a dry clean only shirt as wash and fold. I emailed and it was corrected (it was marked on tag and on app — no attention to detail). I followed up 3 days later to see when it would be delivered and I got a text back saying that I should have told them it was needed within their stated time frame? I let them know I was leaving country and needed it by Monday. No response. I called the cell phone and texted the cell phone of the owner along with emailing and leaving messages at the ²⁴⁄₇ hotline and no response. FOR DAYS! Finally Monday (day I was leaving) I received an email it was being looked into by noon and by 130 I was again calling and emailing with no answers. ZERO communication after I was told it was being looked into.
Tuesday once I was home I received an email that it was at the farthest location they have from where it was dropped off. I had arranged someone to pick it up where it was dropped off but that’s not where they delivered it!
Worst customer service I have seen dealing with a company.
I will say they deserve the 1 star as the shirt did in fact get cleaned eventually although it was creased (that’s what I heard since I have not seen it!!).
Use another local service. While I was in town I also used Oxxo and they were great!

Easy to use service, great customer service & pricing just right. First time using Zoom Locker for my dry cleaning needs and may I say super happy I did. I put in a rush order for a formal dress and suit for a family wedding my husband and I were attending. Everything came back perfect.

I’ve used zoom locker once now but for 2 big orders, and they were great! The initial sign up was a bit confusing and they accidentally switched up my order with my fiancé’s (they were separate) but besides that everything came out amazing and it’s a GOOD price.
The initial reason why I left my old cleaners was because it was just way too expensive and I was getting ripped off. Zoom locker is the right price and the right quality of service! I’m going to keep using them :)

The whole process was simple and priced well. I am however missing a pair of pants, so we’ll see how it is resolved.

Horrible service tried to charge me $ 80 to clean a jacket which mind you I don’t even believe is leather but they claim it is. They wanted to charge more to clean it than what I paid for it and when I complained they tried to bargain with the price. I contacted them as soon as I received the email that they had picked up my items and as soon as I saw the outrageous $ 80 charge tried calling them to stop them from cleaning it because I certainly was not going to pay such amount. But the never answer my phone call, message or email until more than 24 hours later when I get an email saying it was too late because they had already cleaned it after some back and forth they said they will clean it complimentary. Only to find out that they never even touched the jacket! After I was told they will take care of it! Horrible service! Liars trying to overcharge the consumers. Beware! Stay away! I certainly will! First and last!

The service is amazing! I called and let them know I needed to rush my dry cleaning and it was done the next day. The customer service is exceptional and I absolutely love that they have lockers in my building making it easy to drop off and pick up my clothes. No more leaving my clothes at the cleaners for months because I don’t have time to pick them up! I highly recommend the service, you won’t be disappointed!

Great place with amazing customer service! The manager is a great person and always very helpful and I love zoom lockers. We have one in my building and it’s so convenient. The app also tracks your orders and your closet (the clothes you submit) highly suggested!!!

Went to pick up my bf’s dry cleaning, very cool concept and easy to use. The only problem is finding a spot to park to drop off or pick-​up your clothes, I think it would be great if they had 1 spot reserved for zoom locker customers so that they could park and pop in and pop out. That would be awesome. Oh, and I love the blue garment bag that they give you too! The clothes came out nice as well on hangers that don’t dent your clothes. Thanks zoom locker!

As a first time customer, I had a great experience with Zoom Locker. Convenient, straightforward, and good quality. Their staff answered the phone quickly and responded to my concerns fairly well. Highly recommend.

Updating to say that Zoom Locker definitely made up for the issue with this past order. Noël reached out first thing on Monday morning, and apologized for the mistake. They’ve offered to replace the shirt and given us a credit for the month. I’ll definitely try them again, since they really are incredibly convenient. Also, they’ve got great customer service, which is definitely lacking in this town. Thanks again to ZL and Noël.

Excellent service!!! Everything done in a few days. Really great for dry cleaning. actually better then going to a reg dry cleaners you dont have to rush before it closes cuz its 24 hours!

Used the store in the Gables and it was super simple. Customer service was on point. My dress shirts were pressed to perfection and were handled exactly as I had requested. Will use this services from now on! Great concept.!!

This is a pretty convenient service if you’re willing to wait a few extra days to get your clothes cleaned. Overall, it was pretty straight foward and fairly priced!

When I first heard of Zoom Locker I was skeptical of how efficient and safe the service could be and after being convinced to try it from a friend I must say I was blown away! From the moment I dropped off my clothes in their secure locker, I was notified where my clothes was every step of the way via text message and email. This quick glance communicating makes it convenient to know where things are and doesn’t interrupt my daily routine. My final text message was received two days later, after dropping off my clothes, notifying me that my order was ready for pickup, what locker number it was in, and a four didgit pin to access the locker. I must say that the clothes was best-​selling cleaned and pressed and came in a personalized garment bag that I get to keep and use for my next order.
Their customer service was great as I received a call from their department asking how the service was and if I had any suggestions on how to make the experience better and more convenient.
I highly recommend trying Zoom Locker. It’s made for the 21^st Century person!

Great concept. Over priced, bad customer service, confusing and more of a hassle than dropping your stuff off at the cleaners.

Not for me. Just to get through the door to drop off your dry cleaning, you have to swipe your credit card. The credit care scanner is outside the business. No way anyone could tamper with that, right? You also have to download their app. It’s a lot of work just to give them my money.
You’re supposed to leave your clothes in a locker, but I needed to give someone special instructions on a dress. That’s really hard to do when there is no face-​to-​face contact.
This place might be good for some, but at $ 11 a dress, I need to interact with a real person and not swipe my credit card ten times.

I was hesitant to use this service and leaving my clothing in a locker hoping it wouldn’t get lost, but Zoom Locker really came through. I tried them out since they are close to work and they really keep you updated during the whole process, They even send you photos of every item so you can rest assure that your items are safe.
I am super picky about dry cleaners and I can say that my husband’s shirts came out really good. I am happy I found this place since its so convenient to use
