We moved to Coral Springs from Deerfield. And have tried several places. We’ve repeatedly come to Angelos. Sat at the bar. Light, bright and the service is great. The most amazing grilled octopus you will ever have. Just an excellent restaurant.

Best pizza with ricotta, spinach and sausage/chicken! I also love the gnoccis in 4 cheese sauce. The place is super fancy and the prices are fair. I came at least 6 times this year, with family who came from Peru and with my family that lives here.

Looking for a happy hour close to Parkland I didn’t find a ton of options, but Angelo Elia Pizza stuck out. I had a not so great experience at Casa D’Angelo a few years back, but I figured it was time to give the brand another try, and I’m glad I did. We arrived a little after 5pm on a Friday. This is kind of in the back of the parking lot in a plaza with a Publix, a McDonalds, a juice place, and all sorts of other things so it can be hard to spot. Walking in we were immediately greeted and asked if we were joining them for happy hour. well if you insist. The décor is nice with kind of a clean black and white modern look with some high end elements. The bar had a high class feel, and there was a pretty large wine room encased in glass, but also some open kitchen elements with the pizza oven in view. We took a seat at the bar, as happy hour is only available at the bar and the high top tables around it. The bartender greeted us with a menu, and also pointed out the happy hour specials which were on a separate sheet. Drinks are two for one, and that includes pretty much everything, and they have a bunch of $ 6 apps. I typically just do wine or vodka soda, but the craft cocktail menu listed an Italian lemonade with vodka and limoncello(craft cocktails are two for one too) so I went with that. Our drinks arrived quickly and the presentation was great. I really enjoyed the Italian lemonade, though perhaps it was a little on the sweet side… I could have asked for an extra squeeze of lemon now that I’m thinking back on it. The one downside with the two for one is that you have to order the same drink twice, no mixing and matching, so it may not be the best time to try something new because you’ll be stuck with it. It also must be two drinks to one person, you can’t split it. I will mention to that the craft cocktails were $ 14 so definitely on the pricey end, but it seems all craft cocktails are above $ 10 wherever you are so this happy hour is a good opportunity to have two at a reasonable price. My boyfriend did the Moscow mule which was served in the traditional copper mug, and trying a sip the flavor of that one was great and not too sweet. Of course I wanted to order everything on the tapas happy hour menu, but not being a meat eater there were really only two options for me(I still wanted to order everything and just make my boyfriend eat it so I could know what was good for the sake of Unilocal research, but he told me that was unnescessary). We ended up ordering the caprese salad and the eggplant parmesean. At $ 6 both were a steal. The caprese salad was honestly pretty run of the mill, but delicious all the same… and it did have arugula. The eggplant however was amazing, probably the best I’ve had in Florida. Sliced super thin with a delicious sauce and plenty of yummy cheese we were definitely fighting for bites of this one. I wanted to get a second order because at $ 6 might as well, but my boyfriend stopped me. Someday I will come here alone and order three eggplants to myself lol. Just because I wanted more doesn’t mean the portion wasn’t very generous for the price, it was just really delicious. We were also given some bread, kind of a rosemary foccacia type of thing but maybe a little more fluffy than foccacia. It was great with the eggplant. This is a really great happy hour option. I would be willing to come for dinner as there were some great menu items(mussels) that weren’t included on the happy hour menu, and I’d definitely be interested in trying the pizza, but that $ 6 eggplant Parmesan is not to be missed, and the bar staff was very friendly.

High end product! We had turkey meatballs that were fantastic in a delicious broth. And the shrimp bruschetta was great. Chix parm for dinner !! Above average food and atmosphere at this place. Really delivers a good dining experience. I will be back !! Strongly recommended. Service was average.

Great restaurant near Parkland. My kids love the bolognese pasta. I’ve always ordered the fish from the specials and they are always amazing! The nutella stromboli is very good. I am a very picky eater and would go to this restaurant every single day.

Still going to this place. Every time, consistently great food. The high top, bar specials are sooo good. I love the eggplant parm, arrancini, caprese salad, meatballs and more. Go for those $ 6 specials and stay for a 2 for 1 drink. And if you go for a Sunday special, you get A Margarita pizza and a salad for a nominal amount. Plus, the gnocchi in carbonara sauce with short ribs was so delish. I have never tasted such light and flavorful gnocchi like this. This is my go to place.

Excellent décor, very friendly staff. Food is excellent all around. Salads, Pizza(Best I have had in ages). Bread, and soup. What I loved best is the lighting in the restaurant. I can read my menu. The restaurant was very busy and can be very noisy during the busy hours. Prices are reasonable and the portions are very good.

I am a big fan of this restaurant. As soon as you step inside you forget you’re in the middle of suburbia USA. The décor is chic and the vibe is good. Great for date night or a party. I love to order a bunch of small plates and share. Love the veal meatballs, burrata, and zucchini flowers. The chopped kale salad is to die for. The short ribs are five star and the gnocchi is fantastico! Fun cocktail menu and great wine list. Half price bottles of wine on Mondays! Prices are a smidge high for a strip mall anchored by Publix but the food is damn good.

The food here is great. I had a bad experience with the staff. The waitress behind the bar reprimanded me for asking for my happy hour food to go. She told me it was a one time courtesy that she charged me happy hour prices and next time they are going to charge me full price. It’s not like I ordered my food to go over the phone or as I walked in. I sat and ate what I could and wanted to rest to go. I thought it was rude and not her place to say anything to me.

What can i say? I LOVETHISPLACE. Mondays are half price off wine bottles. Huge & Amazing selection of wine. They have specials that change daily. This time i ordered off menu and the cooks/chefs had no problem making exactly what i wanted. After i got what i wanted, the chef came and asked if it was prepared to my liking. Wow! Very impressed. Staff and service were very friendly and attentive. Mandy who served us is definitely one of my favorites. Definitely going back!

Went to have dinner and tried to sit at the bar. It was terribly hot and the bartender indicated they turned up the temp to accommodate a couple that complained about the cold. I realize this is a difficult situation and you cannot please everyone. We asked for something that would meet in the middle and even tried to move to the main dining area. It was still terribly warm. After mentioning it to the hostess and nothing getting done(by the way, there were only about 12 patrons in the restaurant and 5 front desk people) we left. Perhaps the manager needs to work with the team. The food here is really good and this was just a bad experience with the staff. I’ll try again.

Ate here 2 nights ago(Tuesday)…there were only a few other parties at 7pm-ish. Ordered off the daily specials menu… had short-rib ravioli and it was amazing! My son got Sea scallops and he’s been raving about them for 2 days! Service was excellent… food even better!

A great place with a great family atmosphere, along with high quality specials. Such a shame they brought in this new guy to manage the place. Overbearing, loud, large, disrespectful, lazy, sloppy, unkempt, a manager more suited for a Denny’s perhaps. Absolutely devoid of any personality or charm. Not a very bright man, a simpleton with no new ideas. Incapable of leading a team by example. A micro-micro manager. A do as I say, not a do as I do manager. I would think a class act like Angelos could hire better quality… but, that’s none of my business

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because it’s slightly over priced. I dined with my husband and three kids(6, 5 and 2 yrs old). They shared one pizza, my husband and I each enjoyed a soup for an appetizer and then shared an entrée and spent about $ 100 after soft drinks and tip. My husband started with the minestrone soup and it was amazing! One of the best I’ve had and very fresh. I had the lobster bisque. It was a little too rich for me to finish so I recommend sharing. The bisque had great flavor and full of lobster. For our entrée, we enjoyed the baked chicken rollatini. It was served over mashed potatoes with a broccoli side. The chicken was perfectly cooked and filled with spinach and fresh mozzarella. Definitely worth checking it out.

OMG! I’m writing while eating since I am enjoying it so much. The octopus is the best I ever eat, the sausage with white beans and kale is fenomenal. For entrée I got the linguine overwellmed with clams that was out of this world. My wife ordered the seafood lasagna and it was perfect combination of lobster, shrimp, mushrooms. My waiter Mandy offered and awsome service, top notch. Will come back weekly for sure.

Let’s start with what is important — Monday is half off bottles of wine. They have an extensive list and I mean extensive! The menu has a little bit of something for everyone from tapas to pizzas to pastas to daily specials. Choices range from traditional to items like seafood salad. The desserts were heavenly. Definitely worth sharing one with a friend. The only thing I would complain about was the lack of personality of our waiter.

Decent for all the Angelo’s family of restaurant. Family friendly and customer service is excellent. We had a large group over ten people but they executed very well. Food on the other hand was… meah. Kids pizza and artichoke appt were the highlight of the night. My seafood lasagna was very heavy, after. Few bites I had to order refil of drink to wash next bite down… don’t get me wrong the food was prepared beautifully and packed with tons of seafood, but it was way too heavy. I guess next time try pizza… this is still better than one in Weston which quality has gone done rapidly.

This is a great place to have lunch in the Coral Springs area. I have been to Casa D’Angelo’s, the mother ship, many times. It’s my favorite Italian Restaurants in Ft. Lauderdale. I see a lot of Casa D’Angelo’s in this little Coral Springs gem. The quality of the food is excellent. I usually get a salad for lunch. I have ordered the Greca(Greek Salad); the Chopped Kale Salad; the Smoked Salmon Salad; and the Beets Salad. All excellent. All fresh. All well prepared. You call also add a number of proteins(chicken, salmon, shrimp) to any of these for a very reasonable charge. Service has also been very good with every visit. On one occasion, I tried the Rustica pizza as my co-workers order a pizza with every visit. The Rustica is basically pepperoni with mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. It was excellent. Personally, I think it’s the best pizza in the area. Although I have only been here for lunch given my office is nearby, I may have to try this one for dinner sometime. They take reservations via Open Table and, although not as extensive as the Wine List at their big brother location, Casa D’Angelo’s, the wine list here is not bad at all. It’s also a much more relaxed atmosphere for one of those lazy Sundays when I may be in the mood for shorts and a t-shirt.
