The grounds are perfectly kept, I wish they would spend as much attention to the interior. Everything needs to be upgraded. The light fixtures are so dated I’ll date it back to the late 80’s and the electric outlets so old you can’t plug anything without taping plug to outlet. The cabinets in my kitchen is water damaged so badly that the plywood has an awful smell and I can’t comprehend keeping these old appliances that they paint due to rust. Plumbing OMG everything backs up to the point where water gathers around your ankles in the shower. They come and snake it and within a few more days back to the same drawing board. The rent is high and not even worth it. I can’t wait until my lease is up. They show you a beautiful model to reel you in hook line and sinker. I’ve been bamboozled.
