The optician, Peter Labrie, was very professional. He took his time to make sure my glasses would be a perfect fit. I also ordered prescription sunglasses.

Let me start off knowing I have a very tricky prescription so I totally understand the 99 dollars specials won’t work for me and I know I will need to wait at least two weeks to get my glasses made.
What I was displeased with is I was told how much they would cost based upon the 50% sale which has signs saying ALL lens, frames, and lens options.
I was also told my glasses comes with a one year replacement if they were to break or get damaged. after it was all said in done the price went up with out telling me, the lens coating went up again with out telling me, and that replacement warranty that «comes with your glasses» they charge you an extra 20 bucks.
Also the coating that you are told is 50% off well this company doesn’t know what the word ALL means because its not 50% off.
What really confuses things even more is they don’t tell you your cost till it’s time to pay and they don’t give you a itemized receipt so you don’t know what exactly they are charging you and if it is on sale as the sign says or its full price.
The manager was a bit upset when I pointed out these problems over the phone and I had to contact the store manager to get things resolved and get a partial refund on the over charges.
Make sure you know exactly what you are being charged and ask them to give you a reciept showing you each item and add on service.
